On the very last step it didn't have the "choices text" option..I did have a "response" option which when I ran the test, it responded with the correct promt...will that make a difference on how it operates? Thanks a ton for the video! super Helpful!

You could do it by 'testing'. Essentially click on the first action in the zap and pull in a test review from the google listing. Then go to step 2, 'retest' the action to get a new response from the new input of step 1 (this will give you the new review response to use). Then go to step 3, click 'retest' which will post the review response to that review that you pulled in on step 1. You should be able to do this for all your reviews, it's a little bit manual, but it should work.

It should probably work. Just have to setup a separate zap for each client. Everything is the same except the connection to GMB profile. In which case you’ll have access to already if the client gives you manager permission. You offer review management services by chance? Was thinking of getting into it
You can. I've just been using Zapier for 5+ years and never had any issues. Never found learning another software worth the time investment if I already had something that works well. I'm sure there's tons of reasons to switch but right now I don't have any issues with Zapier.
Not with HighLevel but with another software that allows you to manage Instagram comments it would work. My other video about replying to google reviews with open ai is a lot simpler and would probably help you achieve your goal. You just need to find a software that allows you to manage Instagram comments

I would improve this by adding a 1hr delay so that the person who gets the review reply feels it’s human. Instant reply screams bot.
