- Hi everyone! You can repost but just give credits! I can explain here.
So basically, Mermista, (the blue hair) and the others, needed Entraptas help. (Purple hair). Entrapta had to get into Horde Primes system to save Glimmer, their friend that is the queen. However, Entrapta got distracted and kept messing with other bots s Perfuma, (blonde hair) had to tie Entrapta with a rope and pull her to keep her focused. Entrapta escaped and fell in front of a bot and almost blew their cover and she almost died. Perfuma pulled Entrapta and ran to Mermista, (blue hair) to hide behind the rock. That’s when they started yelling at Entrapta.

And the fact that after they said that entrapta said smth like "Im not strong and i only know about tech so i thought if i can use my tech to help people they would like me." THATS SO SAD

I feel so sorry for Entrapta she kinda didn’t deserve that and she just tried to help and the hurt expression shows how much she really cared but I’m kinda glad Scorpia didn’t yell
This scene hurt deeply. Entrapta is one of the few canonically autistic characters I can relate to, even without being on the same part of the spectrum.
Entrapta is trying to help, and no one can see that. They think she doesn't care about anyone, when the audience knows she made an app to figure out who her friends are. The way they all hold her to ablest standards without considering something might be different about her makes me think Etherians don't know about neuro diversity.
I am glad this scene happened, as neurodivergent individuals have to deal with such gross misunderstandings as these--I just wish someone stepped forward as an ally. That's the main reason (among others) I'm glad Hordak was offered a chance at rehabilitation: Entrapta needs SOMEONE who understands her.
I agree but I wish at least Scorpia or someone else stood up for her. She was just trying to help but I really wish she at least had someone to stand up for her. 😣

Tbf just bc she was written with neurodivergent codes doesn’t mean the universe is going to acknowledge it. Also sadly it’s pretty accurate to irl of some people not understanding. Either way they do make up. Can’t blame them for being frustrated considering it was Entrapta’s machine and ambition that led to this. They were all stressed considering the situation. I just wish they apologized formally, maybe they were waiting for one from entrapta too (they didn’t know she was banished to the island either)
im autistic, and entrapta is written very very well. i can actually relate to her. i LOVE math coding and space. entrapta is my favorite character. all she ever wanted to do was code and do tech ):

And then there is being told you aren't trying and don't care when you are doing your best and trying harder than they will ever know.
So many of the problems could’ve been solved so easily by going.

Besides how was she supposed to know they were mad as far as she knew they were always like that. I mean you can’t even try to notice a change without a baseline.
This scene really hit hard, I really understand Entrapta alot. She wasnt trying to hurt them, she wanted to help the rebellion. She really deserved the recognition.
Also when she said "Are you all mad at me?", That line made me sad :(
I'm actually crying. I feel like I can very much relate to her, as I'm also not good at people, but rather tech. I also get very sidetracked like her. Poor baby didn't deserve any of that

I really liked this storyline, this is when the princesses really reconcile all of their feelings and also understand where entrapta was coming from. They’re able to find common ground while also being heard by each other. I love how realistic the characters are.
This scene was so sad because Entrapta was just trying her best but her best wasn’t enough for her friends
As an autistic person, my heart gave out to her if I was in that scene I’d give her a big hug. Because I can relate to her people are hard but your interests are easy and they’re what make up special. ❤

she just wanted to do tech...she never wanted to hurt anybody or had bad intentions...she just liked the hoards tech and wanted to use it. all she ever wanted was to code.... ):

This scene made me so sad :(( the only reason it comes across that she doesn’t care is because she has autism and can’t communicate it well. I really hate how a lot of the characters immediately assume she’s like bad or that she doesn’t care about anyone and only cares about science and get annoyed with her a lot, it’s kind of sad because they don’t really recognize she’s autistic. The only character I know of that recognized she isn’t trying to be hurtful and shes trying to help but it’s coming across wrong is probably Scorpia. She’s kind of the only character that didn’t assume she doesn’t care and understood that she can be like “wow science!” (In scorpia’s words), but she cares. I don’t like how none of the characters really tried to give her too much of a positive chance in this episode when Scorpia suggested she help them. It made me really upset- as someone who’s on the spectrum, I can relate to people not understanding and getting easily aggrivated with you when it looks like you don’t care or you’re doing something you’re not trying to.
I am glad that After this scene Entrapta tells them she’s trying to help and she’s only doing this because glimmer needs them, that they realize they were wrong and warm up to her. I looked more foward to the small bond between Mermista and Entrapta after that because mermista definitely seemed to realize and warm up to her. :)

(Yes i remembered it word by word, because this is my favorite show and Entrapta is my favorite character)
They forgot that they left her in the fight zone… she thought they didn’t like her. That’s the reason she started working for the horde

(I’m on my rewatch of the show) but it amazes me that she didn’t get more mad at the princesses.
Nobody came for her (true, they kept acting like she died but they didn’t even try to find her) but still
I like how I'm on a completely different part of the spectrum from Entrapta yet I have experienced this exact sort of scenario before and I have to imagine the problem is a lack of communication just going from my own experience. This entire conflict could have been avoided if someone had tried... here's a long shot idea (sarcasm)... USING THEIR WORDS and telling Entrapta what they need her to do rather than dragging her along on a leash like a 2 year old. She's hyperactive, not stupid.

I love Entrapta, I haven't finished watching She-ra, but she needs more credit, Especially after meeting her, I fell in love with her, I also hate Mermista, she hurt Catra, even though Catra was evil during the episode when we met Mermista Catra didnt deserve that. Yes she was acting Evil, but Catra was risking her life for Adora, trying to protect her. Also i was kinda confused on why they didnt just expand Mystacore, bc NO evil can go in accordomg to Glimmer and Bow. Im going way off topic, but my point is, Entrapta is awesome, she has hair hands after all, and in my opinion, Mermista is a 🐕.
Mermista CAN definitely be a 🐕, but she also made a big difference saving everyone and I think she has anger issues. Mermista is definitely not my favorite, but she still helped them save Mystacore. Gotta give her a LITTLE credit.
Also, I know Alot of people are goimg to disagree about the Catra part.
(Im talking about the episode when we met Mermista and Sea Hawk.)
Catra didnt deserve to get hit by Mermista, She was literally risking her life to try and save Adora. You can even see Adora sink seeing Catra got the promotion, but they were best friends.

@@Zivziv293but that’s not something entrapta knew at the time, and they know that. While I get why they would be mad, in perspective, they really have very little reason to be. From her view at the time of making those bots , they abandoned her and left her to possibly die by the horde. Saying someone should have felt bad for not liking you when they think you left them for dead is really high up there with bs concepts.

People with autism like Entrapta, struggle to read and understand emotions often. this is soo sad considering she’s the only person on the show i actually like and she doesn’t deserve this :(
