My theory is that the park shown on a cameras take place in the parallel universe where Starr Park was able not only to recover from the IV incident, but also fulfill their plans. This is slightly confirmed by the fact that CCTV Starr Park and IV Starr Park are made in different styles: one is in the cartoon style of Brawl stars, and the other is live action, and because the places from CCTV Starr Park are very similar to the modified attractions from IV Starr Park

There's no way Rik isn't RT after being brainwashed. RT's security office (as seen on the HUB environment) just looks so much like the cctv room, plus RT is a huge central piece for the starr park lore and we still haven't discovered his true identity... so this would be a missed opportunity to expand on that. I'm thinking that RT stands for Rik's full name, R being for Rik and T for a last name we still have to figure out.
The same statue is found in the Rumble Jungle (shown on screen) in the animation. It's possible the two are neighboring environments, but it looks more like Swamp Gene than willow to me

I'm genuinely impressed devs acctually animated people there and finally portrayed the park as an acctual currently(?) running park with people. Previously we could only see the brawlers or have the robots be in place of the visitors (like the time they were watching a movie in a post posted around season 7-8, Or the fact they're the audience in the brawl ball Stadium.
i was playing brawl stars with some friends then i clicked the camera thing without knowing we were so confused its nice seeing effort for lore in games
