      Can I ask you a question? What happened at 32:20? Did it glitch out, or did you double click the armor swap so you basically swapped back to your empty armor? I noticed the quick double swap and prepared for a death out in the open since you were basically one shot. Luckily that didn’t happen.

      You did really well! I've watched quite a few of District's coaching videos, and you're one person I've noticed that was SUPER adaptive to his advice. You make a mistake, he explains what needed to be done, and you were far less likely to make that mistake again. That's how you get good at apex. Advice I definitely need to take myself lol. Good job though, dude!

    Dude your legit one the best apex coaches In my opinion. Someone asked me to coach them today and after a couple hours I couldn't do it anymore. The guy just wouldn't listen and was very egotistical yet asked me to coach him. I just can't imagine having to do that over and over..... I've never seen someone ask for help but then try and tell me how to play..... Lol I couldn't do it anymore.... Your videos are teaching me how to approach coaching alot better because it is beyond frustrating especially these days with so many egos and entitlement. Hats off to you sir your out here doing absolutely amazing things and I'm normally a very positive outgoing person and I try to motivate and encourage. But here lately every single random sends me party invite after invite and friend request after. Every. Single. Game. They ask for help and for me to coach them but then they don't listen and I've come to realize they are just doing it to get in my lobby thinking I will carry them. A guy I have been coaching the last 2-3 days just would not listen at all and then would get kinda toxic because I finally stepped back and let him do the work and see if he was listening at all only to realize he was just trying to get wins and would immediately go for the person I downed to take the kill and would do this game after game. I would try and explain where he was messing up pushing every single fight with his head down blind just running wherever he heard gunshots just right into the fight to get downed immediately. It was beyond frustrating so I finally stopped explaining and showing and then stepped back and once I did he had the nerve to say something negative like why didn't I do this or this basically why didn't I revive him and carry him to a win at that point I had enough. Dude you have my respect and then some because I've had one or two people actually listen and improve the rest just want to copy my settings and join my lobby when I log on thinking I will carry them the whole day. I try and be nice and join games with some of the people I have met but I'm slowly realizing they are kinda using me and it really became obvious today. So I'm having to be selfish with my randoms that I revive but then don't do the same for me when I go out my way to help my teammate only for them to do selfish acts. The only friends I make are people who see my badges and my gameplay then send me invites thinking I will carry them. This seasons matchmaking has been a nightmare. I've told alot of people go check out district on RUclips if you want to learn how to play like I am when they ask.because I have been kind and it's only causing me to get angry at the disrespect. You are honestly the most underrated streamer district. I absolutely appreciate what you do man as not many people know how difficult it truly is. I tried to be kind and lend a helping hand to those struggling with apex but lol idk if I can do it as I don't have the patience. Tried to see how you approach explaining different stuff and dude you are a legend for how patient and positive you remain. You sir are my hero keep making kick az content you will definitely continue to grow. Much love and respect my dude!

    Hey District,
    I wanted to let you know that I really appreciate these videos. I'll explain fully why as well. I have the drive to mentally improve at this game seeing your gameplay and coaching.
    I got my laptop out (I'm in bed watching you on my TV) so that I could leave a comment on this video. I had to let you know how good this was for my mindset already (I haven't even played yet since this video). At first, I didn't agree with you on some topics that you mentioned or were mentioned by Seraph in this video; that was due to my own cockiness and my belief that the reason I am not doing well is because I don't have a good team or I can't play against people who are much better than me.
    I see now that the tips I watched in this video are EXTREMELY true. I can see the reason why these strategies work when I watch your gameplay. Hopefully, I can improve as I play more in my first 2 seasons of Apex so far.
    Thank you,
    Devon

    Your gun control is nuts. These basics, tips, and techniques that you are giving are helpful, but I think what separates the true masters from everything below is gun control. I see you doing the opposite of what you are instructing in this video, but it works for you because you are well versed in all of the guns you carry, landing shots and 1 clipping. If you cant land significant shots in game, or if you dont have a reliable teammate then this training will only get you so far.
    For me the most difficult concept is understanding when to engage and when not to; considering unreliable gun control and not having reliable teammates. If you are still doing trainings, I think implementing tips on these aspects would be extremely beneficial
    Thoroughly enjoyed this video though. Thanks!

Another thing, on MnK the auto sprint should be Off correct? I'm asking bc sometimes you know when you press shift too many times (my default sprint in any fps) it just sends you to the desktop with that annoying pop up. I want to avoid that. This is my problem..say both my teammates are knocked..its like endless spam pings and them on their mics saying “bro they’re low you should push that” or “come get me im safe here”..its like i know better in my own head that i should reset and play smarter but somehow i just end up trying to fight them and save the day..and when you fall back and reset they call you trash, if you fight the team that’s supposedly “low” and lose then still they say you’re trash..and its like its better to play with teammates muted but ofc you wanna hear comms so 🤦‍♂️

    I just wish I had more control over my aim. I tried the minimal deadzone and response curve stuff and oddly it worked when it worked(for a couple weeks) and at some point I started to really screw up and miss a bunch of shots so I kept deadzone low and increased response curve alot and reduced aim sensitivity alot as well. I really don't know what to do.
    I've considered coaching, but I want to get a hold of my aim before strategy coaching. As of now, I'm fine with my strategy, but my aim is especially irritating as I often play against high tier 3 stacks and predators who have much better aim than me.
    I've watched plenty of aim videos but aside from understanding ALCs very well, I don't feel like my aims improving. Always either undercorrecting or overcorrecting. Horizontal recoils the biggest pain for me.

    out of curiosity why do you find this method of coaching more helpful than watching a player stream their games live to you? I find it difficult to see how having a teammate carry me without knowing what my perspective of the game is would allow you to actually see the issues that their making other than maybe being out of position. Most of the issues I have are way less about postioning, healing at the right time, engaging, etc, and more about being fluid with my movements and decisions around teammates

    • @TheRealDistrict
      @TheRealDistrict  Год назад

      there is more to it then you realize. if you watch my last live stream you;ll see there is more then just "carrying them" because my job isnt to carry its to teach and thats exactly what i do. i didnt get to over 35k subs in 40 days by just carrying people

    • @princex79
      @princex79 Год назад

      @@TheRealDistrict I definitely see the teaching aspect and I wasn't implying that you are only carrying your students. I didn't mean to disrespect at all but this response seems defensive rather than answering my question about playing with people instead of watching their gameplay. Genuinely just curious why you choose to do it this way, regardless i think there is something to be learned from both methods of coaching
