I have an ETS Axelback (Muffled) on my VB and coldstarts it will shake my house. So while these are relatively quiet when running and idling (after warm up) on cold starts they are a couple of cannons.
how much can you open up the flow of exhaust on this car before the car requires a tune aka "void warranty"? between the cat-back and axle-back which is the better choice for a wrx keeping a stock tune?

A7IV but you can get similar results with anything as old as an A7ii

Even with the stock exhaust the cold start is kind of loud lol
does the catback cancels the drones around 2300-2800rpm in axleback?

Catback won’t mess up your air fuel ratios, all axle backs seem to have a pretty harsh drone on this car so I’d recommend a cat back.
