Remember all the times we have unearthed the charity shop's hidden treasures in the dumpster??
Guess what? We have stumbled upon the same shocking scene yet again! Same old charity shops and same old story, Perfectly usable items on the brink of becoming part of landfill.
Is there a pattern here? We take a deep dive (with gloves if course!) into the world of charity shop waste. What's going on behind the scenes? Is this something we, as a community, can address?
Brace yourself for shocking finds! We expose the discarded donations and this raises questions about responsible donation practices.
This dumpster dive is more than just a treasure hunt - It's a conversation starter.

Welcome to our dumpster diving adventure channel. We are a married couple in the UK (Lynsey and Alvin) and we love to go Dumpster diving to find lots of amazing items that can be reused or recycled. We donate lots to a fantastic charity shop (a small independent one) We give things away to people/friends/family who want or need it. We use things ourselves and sometimes we are able to sell it to help us get by! But our main aim is to stop so much great stuff from ending up in landfill and destroying our planet.
Join us on our adventures where we find all sorts of wonderful things including perfectly good food/drink. Alvin also recycles by scrapping electrical items and scrap wires etc and there will be more videos about this coming this year. Sometimes we do a random video like a vlog about us and what we do or where we live etc and mostly every Saturday night we have a fun live show where you can join in the live chat. We have a few drinks with you and you can say Hello and get a shout out or ask a question anything goes, they are very adult only Live streams though!

Hi Thank you for your comment! Unfortunately where we are there is nothing we can do with Dvds. Nobody wants them, so nowhere to donate, we don't drive so can't go further than our local area and we have no space to store them. We used to take them all the time but we can't take them anymore.
