@@SurvivorPurna I think coolant filling valve separate from the tank cover there is no connection between them you can easily flush /replacing the same without removing the tank top, i also have duke 200
There should be more bubbles inside apart from the ones that surface. I own a Duke. How I do it: 1. Fill the coolant to the top with the nut open and squeeze it shut as soon as air stops coming from the nut and only coolant emerge. 2. run the engine without the cap, rev it a few times to let the coolant flow through passages in the water jacket around the cyl. Let the fan come on so that the fan will help the engine burp out air. The coolant level will go down each time the fan kicks in. Just gotta refill it to the neck whenever. Repeat step as many times as required, until fan kicks in and there is no change in coolant level. Then wear a protective hand cloth to secure the cap. 3. Top the coolant reservoir to Max then turn the engine off. Correct coolant level in the reservoir after engine has shut down 4-5 mins. Advantages: Engine cooling system will not suffer from vapour lock, so do the cooling system passages. Coolant level will not fluctuate at all and no boil-over since air is a bad conductor of heat.
Duke 390 2016. I run a Liqui Moly KFS 12+ antifreeze with a ratio of 20% antifreeze : 80% distilled water. The explanations for the ratio are that 1. Water has the highest capability to absorb heat more than coolant so therefore in hot and climatic countries (I live in Vietnam) we need more parts of water than we do antifreeze ; 2. the 20% antifreeze is there to provide lubrication and corrosion-resistance to the water pump, radiator and its component. As long as the coolant circulates and the thermostat - the fan work and zero air in the system, the coolant will remain liquid to be able to absorb heat and dissipate outside.
I bleed a small amount of coolant every months to top in new one. Check for rust and debris. The additive package of the coolant gets used up over time (very much same as motor oil). Although coolant change are not every year or two, it's good practice to take care of it when time allows.
Bhai bs3 390 duke me bhi exactly same process hoga?
Yes. Same process.
@@SurvivorPurna ok thanks
whats the difference between showroom service and service done by ourselves??
and what should we prefer doing??
Main difference is tools and techniques And experience... If you have both of them. You can do yourself.👍
If you know how to do things carefully, you can do it better than service centre guys.
A+ for music
Thank you
how often to replace waterpump seal & coolant. is it both the same time
When it's damage then change it. And every one year change the coolent
@@SurvivorPurna when damaged the coolant will go into the engine n mix with EO. thats too late already
If the coolent frequently going too low...then chang the waterpump seal.
@@SurvivorPurna i see thanks
are mechanic sahab, petrol tank cover kyu open kra ??

Oh... Thank you for your information. Next time i will do that way 👍
Brother beep sound continue near fuel tank in bs6 duke 200
It's your fuel pump motor sound
Is this BS3..?
Is it okay if we use bike coolant instead of motul coolant for ktm bikes?
You can use any good quality of coolant. If you want best cooling then you can use premium coolant
What is the dona?
Sorry?
What is th coolant washing liquid name?
Just normal water
Is there any problem with washing in plain water?
@@AquaMan997 no problem

It's depends on the coolant quality. In my case .5L cost 150₹
Bro R15 v3 coolant change vedio
Sure bro... Thank you
In coolant reservoir tank there is a return line, does coolant flow every time when fan runs ON?
No
Yes coolant flow all the time when engine is on…. When temperatures goes high radiator fan starts to rotate n make coolant cool
Yes yes....true. my mistake
boss ilang months bago mag palit nalang coolant
Hello! How much cooling liquid you need? 1 bottle = 1 liter? Thanks!
Yes. 1liter
TQ bro
mt 15 me kitne km par coolant change hota h

Probably air in the system. Bleed as directed in the manual

Not a issue... But after 20000km you should change your coolent for your profomance and better engine liability
