It is definitely just a figure they made just because they had to. But from what I see, it doesn't seem too bad, quite good actually but the only problem is not giving him any of his body extension powers as accessories like it misses the point of getting a Luffy figure.

The recent anime one doesnt feel as fun when it comes to articulation on the lower body. But the torso on this one is meh. Personally i dislike the bulky hair, i think they over did it on the hair for some reason
@ETFigureunboxingE I think what both figures really needed was some stretchy accessories. Like a stretched arm or leg or something. With a big fist. I think that would make up for what are basically 2 very average mediocre figures. I just like this figure more mainly because I feel I can get better poses with him. But at least give us a yelling or open mouth laughing face or something. Figuarts needs to step their game up. I will say this though this figures face sculpt is really God damn good. It doesn't look all pixel like with dots on mine. It feels more hand painted. I don't know. There's a ton of room for improvement. From what I've seen the zoro figure tho is outstanding. So who knows

I love One Piece !!! But this figure is horrible. They should have put there time and recourse elsewhere.
