I don't think it looks that bad, face sculpt is decent, but the hair could use a little brown paint to bring the color down a bit in saturation. The price is a real deal breaker here, tho
Just take it as One Piece fandom has now expanded into Live Action too. The Live Action did gathered it's own fans for the amazing world and story of One Piece. I know lots of people (mostly older people) in real life who's never watch anime ver and really liked the show and can't wait for season 2. They probably liked the action figure from the LA too since they're not into the anime ver.

The one piece live action line is a full question mark to me. It doesn't seem worth it. I'm glad it exists for the few people who does but it still feels like a weird use of resources
