Try using wrist movements that are as short and concise as possible (then when it gets faster you'll be able to respond and not get overwhelmed too)(If that doesn't work experiment with the left handed settings too).

It took me 2 years to get all of them, but you should give throwing punches a shot. You might like it. It is one of the hardest platinum medals in the game.
