I’ve taught myself to smile on the mirror every single time I see myself in one. It really tricked my brain into thinking I was happier. It’s helped my self esteem and confidence a lot!
I used to have so much resistance to this idea but in the last couple of years just looking at and seeing myself really helped me be kinder to myself. This in turn has helped me be happier with myself and my life.
I always advise people who are retiring to have something to "retire to" instead of "retire from". I retired to a part-time fitness job at our local Y which I did part-time for years before. Keeps me fit and social:)
I work on a place where there are a lot of people that can retire but choose to keep working for a little more money. I talk to everyone I can: find something you can do, volunteer, travel, the world is bigger than this job you've had for 30 years. Their argument is "I don't want to stay home all day." They don't see retirement as the freedom I see. During the pandemic, when I was working from home I could focus and do my job from 5 to 9 am I did so much with the rest of my day. Now that I have to show up, go to lunch, walk there and back I feel I have so little time for my stuff. And I am not producing more work.
That is lovely. Someone helped me out with a tenner at the checkout years ago. I took his number to pay him back then lost the piece of paper, I was genuinely upset not to be able to repay him.
Ditto! I have a young person a couple dollars to complete her transaction at the art supply store where I work and I have been thinking back to it so much and feeling generous, proud, and kind.
I completely deleted my fb when it just got to be too much. Even on loved ones comments section. I restarted it about 3 months later and only follow the local sales pages and city info. I choose to keep up with the people I love thru text and phone calls. I dont miss it a bit.

I felt a lot of gratitude yesterday My son wanted me to go to our local bird /wildlife sanctuary for a walk but I didn’t really want to because I was extremely tired and have been feeling my depression a lot more recently but I made myself get up and go and it was absolutely wonderful I’m so glad that I did and the walk was so peaceful and calming being in all the woodlands and ponds etc ❤️❤️
i find it interesting how most of what you describe here, Kallie, gleaning from all these researches and books can actually be found in one very famous book: the Bible !! I love when science comes up with these "new" "discoveries" when our loving, heavenly Father has been speaking them to us since the beginning of time !!!!! : " Love God with all your heart, soul, and all that is within you" " love your neighbor " Give thanks to the Lord for He is good" "Give thanks in all things" " again, i say, give thanks"...and these are the first quotes that just come up to my mind as i sit here !!! Nothing like good confirmation !!! #Truth ~
In order to control my retail therapy problem, I set up a separate account with a debit card just for my personal spending. Every month I transfer a specific amount for that month into the account. Once I'm done with it, I'm done for the month. I check my balance every day so I am aware each day what I'm starting with. I am definitely spending less!
I love the Bible verses "Rejoice always. Pray continually. Give thanks in every circumstance." 🙏🌿🎶 All of your advice is spot on what I learn from the Bible: being kind to others, not being materialistic, practicing moderation in eating habits, being grateful, and seeking purpose in our lives (God's purpose for us is to live in relationship with Him, our Creator, and to love Him and praise Him!)... thanks for sharing your thoughts based on psychology studies...good stuff!☆

Very true! I was listening this video for the first time and I was thinking exactly the same. All those advises are written in the Bible. Very good video. Even if it does not read social media, it is full of advises of friendship as either bad or good influences.
I have a friend who has done some of these things, and also invested in her health, and her vibe has changed COMPLETELY. She dealt with so much negativity in her past and shared her journey on her social media, including her journey to help others improve their wellness through nutrition and exercise. SO MUCH POSITIVITY. I’ve also been gravitating toward people (like you Kallie!) who focus on realistic happiness and more intentional living, instead of the people who are filtering their lives to look “perfect.”
I could spend the whole day listening to you£ you don’t waste words and you are always so positive. Thanks for all that you do to lift us up and give us more to think about. Better than filling out minds with trashy negativity!!❤️
If anyone struggles with depression (raises hand), I highly recommend the book 'Upward Spiral'. The first half of the book is pretty dense (but still interesting if you want to know the relationship between the exact regions of your brain, and how they act when depressed), but the second half digs deep into some of the same actionable tools Kallie's mentioned here.
I recently bought new living room furniture and a used dining table, and I find that the things I use or see daily(car, furniture, coffee maker) bring me joy daily. However things that get put in a drawer or closet (clothes, shoes, etc) give me joy during the purchasing and receiving phases and only give me joy for a very short time, and after the initial “high” no longer give me daily pleasure.
My favourite random act of kindness is when I go thru the drive thru, if I have it in my budget, I ask the window clerk how much the bill is for the vehicle behind me. If it is in budget, I pay for it. I learned this when our daughter was working at a Tim Horton's Coffee Shop in Nova Scotia. The staff would just keep record of how many in a row happened... the longest train of paying it forward was over 250 people paying for the next person's order.... Kinda amazing. Now I am working on the Tim's out here. Hugs from Esquimalt
Hi Kallie I am science major so love studies and you explain very well. Next topic: I noticed you have your batteries loose in container. I have been told that if you have positive and negative on same side it can drain your batteries. That is why in package the are positive up and negative down. Amazon has battery checker for under 8 dollars and does check all sizes. Keep up excellent videos! My kids are raised now but we adopted a boy and 2 years later adopted twin daughters. I look back and we were busy but had a wonderful time.
While I was working from home during the lockdown two years ago, I did the Science of Well Being class on Coursera as part of my work tasks. And it was such a huge help. Adding it as a resource, especially for people who need direction in starting to implement these techniques.
Excellent video! Boy, did this really speak to me. To others, I seem to be a very happy person. I laugh and joke and try to be very kind to others. But inside lives a ball of sadness that I’ve tried to dissolve through spending money I don’t have, therapy, self help books etc. I know there has to be a happier me out there - I have a fantastic husband, beautiful daughter but chronic pain, financial burdens and unaddressed anger from childhood stand in my way. I refuse to give up. I am going to save your video, get the book and make a plan to do at least one thing a day to move me closer to true happiness. Thank you. ~ Linda
Wow. Linda. You just wrote my life about a year ago. Last year I was exactly where you are (from my view point). Things are not all roses, but some huge things have happened because I took the first step to being happy with myself. I congratulate you on your first step. Remember, you are exactly right, right now to do exactly what you need today to be better soon. Hugs from Esquimalt
Kallie don't worry about speaking about books and sending them our way. I always enjoy it when someone recommends new types of books that I know will bring value to my life. I have found some and have heard of some books through RUclips creators. In fact, when my mother gave me a picture of me and my great grandmother when I was young. I was very impressed! She seemed vivid, happy and still actively standing up, holding onto my hand when I was about two or three years. She lived a long, fulfilling life for 106 years! Great grandfather lived until 99 years, which is almost unheard of nowadays! Keep on going Kallie and keep on inspiring, thanks for everything that you do! 💕
I am so glad I finally got a chance to sit down and watch this video! Love the way you research so much before making a video on something. I can tell you are genuinely interested in sharing what you’ve learned 😊 I feel like I’m always just barely above depression so things like this are so important for me to work on.
Helping others is wonderful But healthy boundaries is also very important for happiness and good mental health I was falling victim to being over helpful and taking away from myself so much my life was falling apart from lack of boundaries Life is all about learning :) And love the idea of going out and working on the garden and getting the home decluttered and for some of us having a pet is very important in life because not only does the pet bring joy a pet is something that we have to care for and provide for and they give so much back to us🐾🐾💕
I only follow like 4 people. You are the one I look forward to most. Along with my Sunday morning coffee, you are both a pleasure to watch and offer real advice to be grateful for. 🌹
I always try to give people compliments when I'm out. It usually brings a smile to someone's face. Just a simple, i love your dress seems to brighten people's day
I needed this today :) I need to concentrate more on the positive things in my life. Things have been so stressful lately that I've forgotten all the good :)
I'm so grateful I came across your information that you're giving out I'm at that point where I had to start decluttering my home and had to start doing things different for so many reasons mostly because I became a widow a couple of years ago and things are a lot different it's just me now .but all your advice and I'm grateful you're in my life now thank you for being there for all of us. I think you're a godsend peace be with you.
I took a positive psychology class last fall, fun to hear someone talk about this topic in our everyday life in this space!! Thank you! Just a side note, I have worked with patients who have impaired brains, so sometimes this techniques aren’t all that is needed if you struggle chemically or structurally feel happiness at all. It’s good to remember some people need real help, maybe even deep brain stimulation, which has helped reverse profound depression where someone can’t feel anything because their brain structurally just is missing the wiring to feel the effects of dopamine and therefore happiness. Thanks Callie, your the best!
I love all your videos!!! This one I just wanted to tell you did such amazing job and was so powerful . I loved . Things I needed to hear and things I need to work on. Thanks for posting !:)
I'll be honest with you. I subscribed to your channel months ago, but have never left a comment. I was moved by your commitment to helping folks. I enjoy watching you. I think you are well spoken and down to earth which makes you easy to follow. Thanks for being you!
This literally came at the exact moment in my life I needed it to, I'm at such a low point rn, but this has lifted me up xx ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 Thank you so much! Keep creating amazing content ♡
When we bought our house it came with a front porch and porch swing... that is a must in any future house because the porch swing is my refuge and safe haven. Literally even in the winter when it's 20 degrees outside I'll put on my coat and just go sit on my porch swing for a minute or two when I need a break. I ALWAYS feel better. And in the summer I'll sit out there until the sun goes down and it's dark out
My dad died four weeks ago very unexpectedly. I’ve been so lost and having health and mental health issues since that happened. I let my house get messy and I can definitely say that putting in the work to have my home be neat and tidy makes a lot of difference in my mental state. I want to get back into cooking as well because I haven’t really even cooked since he passed away. The gratification I get from making a healthy meal that’s delicious is much more than when I order food and eat.
I’m so very sorry for your loss. Just take one day at a time. I’m sure your dad wouldn’t want you to be so lost, so each day maybe try and do things that you enjoy, or that make you feel better, like tidying your home or cooking a nutritious meal , and dedicate them to your Dad. It will get better I promise , it just takes time. Sending you a virtual hug. 🤗🙏🏻
I am very sorry for your loss. I understand how hard it is when a loved one dies suddenly. I lost my mother suddenly, May 2001. It hit me very hard. I had trouble eating, and lost a lot of weight. Then Sept 11th happened, and it took a toll on my already grieving self. I had to keep telling myself that I know that my mom would always want happiness for me. I also felt glad that she was spared the awfulness of 9/11. I had to be strong for my kids, too. Losing her is still the worst thing that has happened in my life, but I have learned to look for positive things in life, and hope that she is happy, looking down at me doing my best.
It’s so normal to go through such sadness and depression when we lose a parent. I still have a hard time, but not letting my life become stagnant and untidy helps me cope. It’s ok to have our sad days, as long as we can find some joy in other days. Even the smallest pleasure and one step at a time will help. Also reaching out to others like you just did could help. My heart is with you. Keep moving forward, even if we go backwards, we can move forward again.Peace and hope ❤️
I wrote my Masters Thesis on Positive Psychology practices in the workplace - pulling on examples of The top happiest companies to work for, such as Google, Starbucks, SAS, Adobe etc. Such a great topic to read up on.
I understand that people may want to know which companies are the "happiest" ones to work for, but in reality most people don't have the option of working for those specific employers. I think the key is to find ways to find happiness wherever you are. That is the goal that I think we need to work toward.
Had the opportunity to listen to over 5 hours of your videos while driving. Enjoyed every topic and your informative and personal delivery style. Thank you for your thoughtful and applicable advice.😊
What an ahhmazing video. I do try and incorporate many of those things and have seen it make a tremendous difference in my life (particularly gratitude) and in how I see other people. I’m also teaching my son (although subtlety). So here’s to two more happier people in the world.
Before I go to bed, I write down five good things that happened to me that day - sometimes I struggle to find all five - my rule is that I don't get into bed without doing this. Then every Sunday I review the lists - & it can help -
When I'm down, and I turn to RUclips to cheer me up, I find myself leaving positive comments more, especially on tiny channels, trying to encourage them, and that's what was cheering me up. I didn't even realize that's what I was doing it until recently. 😊
A lot of these studies have correlations that can go both ways. Correlation isn't causation. Like with the clutter and cortisol one ... It's just as likely that having higher cortisol leads to more clutter as it is that clutter causes higher cortisol. I would venture to say both things are true. Like... I can have my house pristine... And my depression and anxiety get bad and next thing I know it looks like a bomb went off in my house. But also looking at that mess then makes my depression and anxiety worse. It becomes a vicious cycle. (So what you said still reigns true, if I clean my house I'm probably gonna feel better, my cortisol will go down). I just point this out because I know it can be easy (at least for me) to self blame and get down even more because of the thought process of "well I caused myself to feel this way by letting my house get cluttered" leads me to a guilt and shame spiral. But if I remind myself that sometimes my mental health gets in the way and I didn't cause it to do that, I find it easier to say "ok it might not be my fault it happened but it is my responsibility to make it better" and get in the groove of tidying
Fabbbbulous, Kallie ! I just love that you read, & share these books & studies with us. You are so smart & wise! Yes ! Gratitude ! It’s key ! I enjoy writing in my gratitude journal. I also write: “ BE GRATEFUL !”, on my to-do list.
I didn’t think I needed this, but I did. Thank you for always making these videos ♥️ Definitely something I needed to watch after vacation and ready to get back into my routine.
You look so beautiful! I love your hair and your natural makeup. Gorgeous!!!! I love your delivery in this video. Just so real, down to earth and genuine. Thank you for taking the time to help make our day more happy!
I had never heard of gratitude journalling before watching this video. Thank you for the information and the book references! I think it could help make a profound difference in my life.
Thank you isn’t enough for all the impact you’ve had on me! It still surprises me how astounding the change that one positive voice can make . . . Thank You!
YNAB is also an excellent user friendly budgeting tool! I have friends who have used it to get completely out of debt as well as myself. YNAB has been in the top three companies in the past few years and #1 last year. Very good advice on tips for true happiness!!! God bless!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
When you first started the video I thought “oh, great. Some toxic positivity coming”. But it wasn’t that at all! This is a really wonderful list of concrete things a person can do to aid in their happiness and not a general “you can fix your depression by changing your attitude “. Thanks for this! 💗 you’re the best!
Hi Kallie, you are a natural beauty and you always leave me feeling better after I watch your videos. Thanks for that. I also use the tools and tips you share with us. 👍
Serious power to affect is positively or negatively. Saying I'm always late, messy, disorganized, getting things wrong, all heavy for our psychological well being. Think, I not late every time, therefore, I am not "always" late. Being honest, and truthful, I am late too often. I work to manage my time and scheduling better. Berating ourselves is not healthy, and other people do not find it attractive to hear such negative self talk. Late, is different than, I'm stupid, ugly, too short, too tall, etc. Speak truth, in the most positive way possible. It makes a big difference in how we feel about ourselves.
I went through my social media and deleted accounts that I found to be negative and sought out accounts that I thought were positive and it's made a huge change. I can look at my social media accounts and find I'm laughing a lot and feeling happier. It's A LOT of silly animal accounts. 😁
I have recently cut down to 15 min in the morning only. I belong to a lot of groups and it’s very helpful. Now I don’t scroll. Only go on to look at notifications, memories, groups if there’s something I’m dealing with in my life and need more support or ask questions. I had to cut down to this level because I was wasting a lot of time on social media (down the rabbit hole).
Loved it, Kelly! All the thoughts and recs shared, positive psychology, gratitude journal, thoughts on clutter vs mental health, Japanese ikogiku - I'm on the same journey and appreciated every minute of this video. Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you for all you do. I want you to know that you have truly blessed my life and therefore the life of my family for the better. Such a good video! Thank you for your time and effort ♥️
These scientific facts are so so appreciated! I already knew about the basics, but not so much of the facts behind the basics. Thank you so much! 💐 Rock on, nerd!!! 🤓 😆
I love all the different topics in your videos. I don’t want to watch someone cleaning or decorating or minimizing everything over and over again on their videos. Great job 👏🏻
I used to spend to make myself feel better and it only worked temporarily. Once I came out of the fog of anxiety and depression, I realized that I spent because I was very unhappy because my marriage was not as fulfilling as I hoped it would be. I hated seeing myself in pictures, but I can usually look at myself and love myself for me (even though I am at my highest weight ever). I have also spent the past few years (even prior to covid) weeding people out of my life who did not make me feel good about myself. I also do my best to avoid listening to all the doom and gloom there is in the world and focus on being thankful and grateful who I have in my life as well as what I have that a lot of others do not. We take so much for granted and one day we could be left with nothing or no one. I love making personalized gifts for people and I especially love when someone gives me something that is me (not just generic gifts), that shows they really put some thought into it. I finally learned to love myself for who I am and stopped trying to be someone I cannot and could never be. If someone doesn't like that, then they don't need to be in my life! I am also working on decluttering my home. I know I have too many things that I will likely never use, so it needs to go. Thank you!
There's one piece of advise that I rarely hear from experts, it's the popular phrase, "whistle while you work". In my life experience, I've seen people who are happy through most part of the day are constantly singing or whistling their favorite tune, and even dancing. It's not the panacea, but it helps a lot.
Wow. I got emotional at the end here lol until the ad about true Bill, but I get... Thank you, Kallie ❤ I am all in and sold on your channel, thanks for all your help and time in the research, totally appreciate ;*) I am subscribed lol I believe, gotta check, but I think I am 😂
This video is a game changer. So at the beginning of this month, I decided to dump Amazon prime and make myself shop with cash. I tell you what, I didn't realize how much time I was spending on Amazon. And when you go to the grocery store and hand over $123 it's a whole different thing than just sliding the debit card. Wow.
Lovely points 👍all this is taught to us by our prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi waalihi wasallam, He truly is a Mercy for Whole Humanity as mentioned In Quran 😊😊.We can’t thank enough to Allah for giving us a complete code of life that science is proving today after tiring researches.
Love your videos Kallie ! Really on point with my life and my struggles. Always interesting tips and good starting points for improving myself. Thanks 😊
you seem down kallie, I hope you get better soon. might just be a sore voice.. kudos for staying on the grind. great tips! I am actively implementing most of these already 🙂
Great videos! Although you're saying 'gratification', I think you may mean 'gratitude'. They apparently are quite different - after looking at their differences and definitions. Gratification leans towards 'instant gratification' which can become quite a problem. Whereas 'gratitude' is a deep feeling of happiness.
I am trying to implement your tips in my life, for example the 10min timer-tidying up before going to bed or small things like doing the bed in the morning. It makes such a difference in the stress level if you wake up to a mess or a clean house 😊
I love how easy it is to listen and understand you, but that you take research and citing sources seriously like a “boring academic.” I love them too, but first coffee. 💖

Aww this is so cute lol trickster. I think I will try this too!
That does have such a positive impact! You should look up "The high five habit" by Mel Robbins.. same idea and its amazing!!
Smiling whenever I feel down also helps to make me happy again. It seems weird, but it works.
I always advise people who are retiring to have something to "retire to" instead of "retire from". I retired to a part-time fitness job at our local Y which I did part-time for years before. Keeps me fit and social:)

I really like this idea! It's great! I'll have to remember this. Thank you for sharing! I still have 100 years to go.
@@stephr1705 "100 years to go" That is exactly what it feels like!
I retired to volunteer work at Christian youth camps. What a blessing in my life.
Being positive doesn't mean you don't have negative thoughts.
It just means you don't let those control your life.
Well said!😀😀😀
I can completely vouch for no. 1. I helped a lady who was short with her grocery bill the other day and I felt so good for the rest of the day!!!
God Bless you! 🙏🏻😇
That is lovely. Someone helped me out with a tenner at the checkout years ago. I took his number to pay him back then lost the piece of paper, I was genuinely upset not to be able to repay him.

Thank you. ~ Linda
Good for you! You can do this!!
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
You're an inspiration, Linda! I support you and believe in you! :D
Wow.
Thank you very much. Have added this to my INSPIRATION library. Full of wisdom.
Fave part / new info for me: Pleasure vs Gratification, and purpose. Thanks so much always Kallie!
Helping others is wonderful
But healthy boundaries is also very important for happiness and good mental health
I was falling victim to being over helpful and taking away from myself so much my life was falling apart from lack of boundaries
Life is all about learning :)
And love the idea of going out and working on the garden and getting the home decluttered and for some of us having a pet is very important in life because not only does the pet bring joy a pet is something that we have to care for and provide for and they give so much back to us🐾🐾💕
Very well said!! 😊
I only follow like 4 people. You are the one I look forward to most. Along with my Sunday morning coffee, you are both a pleasure to watch and offer real advice to be grateful for. 🌹
I always try to give people compliments when I'm out. It usually brings a smile to someone's face. Just a simple, i love your dress seems to brighten people's day
Kallie, you always have such great content. I really appreciate you and look forward to your words of wisdom every Sunday 😊
Thank you so much for this video. I watched it 3 times!
Can’t wait to buy your book. 🦋
I watched this video twice, thankyou Kellie I got so much from it, alot of sense in there. Thanks again, keep up the good work.
I had a professor tell me once, "what you think about, you bring about!" I try to remind myself that everyday!
This is an amazing video! Not only do I love the topic, but I love seeing you showing off your smarts.
This literally came at the exact moment in my life I needed it to, I'm at such a low point rn, but this has lifted me up xx
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
Thank you so much! Keep creating amazing content ♡
You are so welcome have a lovely day!!
You got this...sending positive vibes your way! 😁
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Agree with this- everything kinda feels lukewarm - I’m typically a pretty positive and uplifting person, but I will say the world feels heavy
Kallie you speak so well. You are such a good motivator. I am so impressed on how well you always have great content for us. Thank you!
So sorry for your loss. Give yourself time and grace. It takes a while. Savor the good memories if you can.
I’m so sorry for your loss.

I also write:
“ BE GRATEFUL !”, on my to-do list.
I didn’t think I needed this, but I did. Thank you for always making these videos ♥️
Definitely something I needed to watch after vacation and ready to get back into my routine.
It is one of my strongest beliefs: contentment is a habit but you have to practice.
Love this! Acts of kindness. It’s better to give than receive ❤️☺️
Wow I love this video! Thank you for making this! In today's world with so much negativity and hate, this is so important!! 💖
I hope there's a book in the works for you! I love your content - it's so common sense based and achievable. I appreciate it.
Thank you Kallie! You are such a wonderfully positive and inspiring person. I really needed this! I love all of your book recommendations too 💗
Hi Kallie, you are a natural beauty and you always leave me feeling better after I watch your videos.
Thank you so very much for doing this! Helping to show ways, to work toward the person that you want to become!
Loved it, Kelly! All the thoughts and recs shared, positive psychology, gratitude journal, thoughts on clutter vs mental health, Japanese ikogiku - I'm on the same journey and appreciated every minute of this video. Thanks for sharing!!
Happiness is a temporary euphoric feeling. Find Joy…pure Joy comes from within. A genuine feeling of contentment when you have what you need✨
Thank you for all you do. I want you to know that you have truly blessed my life and therefore the life of my family for the better. Such a good video! Thank you for your time and effort ♥️
Happy Sunday! Your videos are so comforting and inspiring 💜

Always watch your Videos!! You're awesome.. You are a very good teacher...I'm always inspired by you. Love you! 😘
I love all the different topics in your videos. I don’t want to watch someone cleaning or decorating or minimizing everything over and over again on their videos. Great job 👏🏻
Love ikigai and all your research n book recommendations! Great video
This video is so good I’m gonna watch it again! Lots of good info and new info! Thank you🙌💖🙌
I used to spend to make myself feel better and it only worked temporarily.
Thank you for this video I really appreciate the hard work and thought you put into your videos. ❤️
Wow.
Contentment brings joy - the joy of the LORD is my strength
thank you so much kelly. your channel help a lot of people esps moms. your videos are my other source of dopamine.
Thank you so much for this video!
Love your videos Kallie ! Really on point with my life and my struggles. Always interesting tips and good starting points for improving myself. Thanks 😊
I loved this!! I do a lot of these things and learned a couple of new things. Thank you!!
Thank you for this video, I really enjoyed it, it makes so much since, I am going to try to work on these.
you seem down kallie, I hope you get better soon. might just be a sore voice..
kudos for staying on the grind. great tips! I am actively implementing most of these already 🙂
Down or tired. Take care of yourself! …like you try to help others. Be well
i definitely noticed this as well. hoping she just has a slight sickness and nothing too serious is going on
Great video and thank you for being one of the channels on my inspiring, positive Playlist! Hope you feel better soon!!
Thank you for all your words of wisdom I really needed this right now in my life!
I appreciate the books mentioned, “Authentic Happiness”.
This makes me sooooo happy thank you for sharing!!
I really need you to create a podcast! 🙏🏼
I love how easy it is to listen and understand you, but that you take research and citing sources seriously like a “boring academic.” I love them too, but first coffee. 💖
So happy I found you!
I always appreciate and love your videos, Kallie! Thank you for all the amazing and helpful content!! 😊😁
A positive attitude tends to keep us more healthy!
