Did it felt like real snow? and what temperature was it out there at the time? ❤

Yeah it does, I mean it really just is frozen water still. But it’s definitely more compact since it’s man-made. I remember it being a high of 28 and a low of 20. Wetbulb highs and lows of 26 and 19.

@@ragomtb thanks for the reply. So I actually tried to make something like this, my average was in the 10's and everything just got a sheet of ice

@@user-ib1bc9fd5l hmm that’s weird. At that temp, depending on how big/powerful your gun is, it should be pretty good, and should have good efficiency.

    Can you buy these?

Yes you can. I bought my off of Snowathome.com. There are a bunch other ones like “backyard snowstorm”. There is also a really good and cheap one I know of on eBay called EOS snowmaking V1. Keep in mind you’ll need an air compressor and pressure washer that are able to keep up with the gun.

@@ragomtb Or you can just make your own with some threaded metal/galv pipe, a couple couplers and a 'y' and a cap with a drilled end hole and a valve to regulate. Son and I made snow for close to 10 years while he was growing up. And of course a water source and air compressor. Not sure they still make, but Porter Cable air compressors crushed anything else we ever tried to use, think model was 4415? But that was 15 years ago...
