What you mean you struggle maintain 60mph my little 1.3 cruises as 70 no problem your should have no problem doing the same I’d take that engine for a health check
I got that problem at the minute I have to let the car sit for 10 minutes before going anywhere for the metal in the cable to warm up other wise in will jump around like a kangaroo 😅

It was the throttle cable, had too much slack onit so when the foot was flat I was getting 60%
