Why haven't they declared Ennosuke III a Living National Treasure yet? The legacy that man has had on the art is immeasurable. As if pioneering Super Kabuki were not enough (Shido II's Hatsune Miku performances, all these anime Kabuki adaptations, and Ebizo's Star Wars kabuki that have seen the art gain wider popularity recently all owe their existence to him), he's also revived more long lost plays than any actor of the modern age I know. The revival of many long lost keren techniques was also only possible because he resisted the conservatism of his time (which dismissed them as 'circus-like'). If anyone deserves the title of 'Living National Treasure' it would be him.
Thank you again! I'm a big fan of Ennosuke IV. I hope you can make a second part of this video. :)

Love your overviews of houses and analyses of katas! May I suggest an overview of the Sogamono?
That's a great idea!
