An above average video as always Steve, well done mate. 👍🏻 Much appreciated. Well done for checking with the wife about the wipes, you can’t be too careful these days.
I just switched to the Trangia Mini - small pot and a frypan lid - small batches but much lighter - I lately added the small kettle as it uses less fuel to heat water for not much weight.
Hi Eamon, it was great to meet you as well. Always nice to speak to like minded people. Did you have a good hike? Hope we bump into each other again soon. All the best 👍
@@northeastwildcamper Ultralight Outdoor Gear also does something very similar (or did when I bought one about 12 months ago) - made by Gram Counter Gear.
Nice one Steve. I carry a v small pack of Park patches. They are the size of a postage stamp, self adhesive and will fix BeFree puncture and pretty sure a sleep mat leak. Ps I bet you also carry a full set of of pro grade cooking pans😂atb
Great load out Steve, that’s definitely a lightweight base weight 👌, gonna have to get myself some of them little dcf bags for electric stuff etc, quality kit mate, atb Mick 👍
Lmao...😄 U had me at FemFresh...!🤣👍 Wife says they'll be fine for my face...!😂🤞 Love Ur dead-pan comedy & under 6kg is very impressive for quite abit of kit...!✔️💯👊
Enjoyed that. Many items remarkably similar to the kit I used this week in the Lakes -Atom Pack Mo, Roo waist pack, Be Free and Cnoc hydration kit etc. However, I also carry some first aid stuff (prescription meds, + paracetamol, ibuprofen, compeed, etc) and a tiny repair kit. Also navigation stuff - map, compass, whistle plus smartphone. I also never go on the hills without overtrousers - I'm so soft I can't tolerate wet trousers! Perhaps I'm too cautious???
Hi David, Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. I used to carry a first aid kit but then I thought that if push comes to shove, if anything serious happened a few paracetamol and and aspirin arent really going to make a difference. I'll probably regret that one day........ probably jinxed myself now. All the best 👍
I did wonder where the first aid kit was in all this! Now I know😂 you’ve got some really nice gear. Folding those thin foam mats to fit in a pack is like herding cats!
Brilliant 👍🏼 👏. Your dad's ace,but you already knew that 😊. 👍🏼
Thanks mate. You’ll give him
A big heed 🤣 ATB 🙏

You will have Nee problem using that 30 litre Atom for winter if you keep setting fire to yourself :)
