I just started playing Wuthering Waves today (due to its PS5 release) and mistakingly rolled on Carlotta's banner (was trying to roll for the Novice banner) and she suddenly appeared on my first 10-pull... Looks like the game wants me to stay...
She's a crazy first limited character for a new player tbf, enjoy man and yeah the weapons are guaranteed and since the game is still fairly new, each new weapon is very universal and not suffering from bloat bias where they're so unique as a "signature" to the new character that you can swap it to another user of that weapon type and it would be a huge buff straight off the bat. Personally, I would use your standard pulls on the weapon banner since again, they're all calculated as very close to every new characters signature weapon. Hope you enjoy the game because it truly is phenomenal and when you nail down a teams rotation, it's like playing a hack and slash.

I'm on Lingering Tunes due to the fact the new set will probably take 3 months to farm pieces for, 80/80 2100ATK 71/269 (Missing her final CR traces and ATK traces) 6/8/8/8/6 on talents, and she's easily able to clear TOA with time to spare. That being said...that CD is insane.
It’s time for gacha games to evolve and prioritize the player experience. Removing the 50/50 system in games like Wuthering Waves would not only improve player satisfaction but also attract more players to the community.
WuWa is my lucky game. Got her on 2 accounts with her weapon quickly. First 10 pull on my Jenshi Zhezhe account lost the 50/50 so it was easy from there. Main account got her and then in a single 10 pull got her weapon. Now thinking if I should work towards ZheZhe on my main account too or start saving for Brant and Zani...
