if u are going for a 7700x for a high end build, i rather u spend a little more on the 7800x3d. that 7700x is too weak for its price for a high end build.
I completely agree, however the 7800x3d is basically impossible to find right now. they’re on a shortage and the ones that are for sale are 400+ dollars. while the 7700X is 240-250, it makes more sense right now as it still won’t bottleneck that GPU
@@z33jonah As of now the 7800x3d is out of stock in a lot of places, and it cost $522 via PC part picker. So I can understand why they didn't roll if this issue is where they live too.
Is there really a shortage of those? Both of the Micro Centers by me have 25+ in stock, each lol. They are $389 though. I see 7700x's on Amazon for just $250 right now. I know the 7800x3d is supposed to be better but its not $140 better lol.

@@z33jonah That is because of 9700x and 9600x. No one wants to get it, but i think it is a good CPU just bad comparison and dissapointments.
