Uahaha, you are first person who is meditating in full silence which I have find in RUclips ! Several years ago I was regularly taking a consultation with some pair man and women of healing trainers with Skype, and somehow I felt comfortable just to sit in silence at my side while they both sitting in silence at their side, and we together were listening a silence through Skype, and I had a strange feeling of better communication in silence without any words 🙂
