    How much resin glitter mix do you approximate for your Minnie heads to get the thickness and solid glitter? Do you use UV for them vs 2 part epoxy?

    Love the videos just came across your page and I love it!!!!! I just have one question I have the same Mickey mold where did you find the svg?

      Thank you so much!
      I used my silhouette PixScan mat to take a picture of the minnie then sized the svgs in Silhouette Studio using the image.
      It didn’t give me the most perfect fit, but I was able to tweak it to get it really close after a few tries.

    Which cricut do u have can I start with cricut joy ?? For badges

    • @stainedsplinters
      @stainedsplinters  Год назад

      Thank you for the question. I’ve always been a silhouette user. But, the size of the cuts for badge reels are so small, the Cricut Joy is probably perfect! The only downside is rhat you can’t cut as many at one time. I usually cut a whole 12x12 mat at a time.

    For the happy face do u buy the acrylic blank or make in molds

      These are definitely one of my designs that I cut an entire sheet at one time. I like to have a bunch ready because I make so many of them. They’re only 1.5 inches each, though. So, you can certainly cut them on a Cricut Joy.

      I have a Glowforge, so I cut my own acrylics for my bage reels. For these I cut a 1.5 inch circle but you can also get the 1.5in circle blank on Amazon. Here's a link: amzn.to/3oAl70J

    What doyou charge for the smile and the mini? I find it so hard to price. People always say 15 is so expensive but I know Id buy one with 50 different designs

    • @stainedsplinters
      @stainedsplinters  Год назад

      I charge $12 for the face by itself and $15 for the face and reel. I don’t think $15 is expensive. After all the costs and time that go into making these, I feel like that’s a totally fair price. Plus, I still offer free shipping, which is something I really need to stop doing. 😆
