I wonder if you wanted more booster signal. You could actually dimple the insides of the tunnels. It would artificially choke it down and get the velocity up?
I got a ton of hate for doing something similar. I have no way to test if it helped me or not. I port matched my Turbos to the exhaust manifold. Port matched the exhaust manifold to the head and so on. I port matched and smoothed everything. I have been told countless times I wasted my time or I am stupid. I have been doing this to everything every time I have to pull a head for at least 20 years now. I would like to see other things flow tested, but I know its all based on what's worth it. Nothing is free.
Lawn mower carb 😂 Well actually I do want to get my hands on a spread bore holley and play around with it! The tiny primaries would make crusing very fuel efficient 🤔
Seems possible to gain 100 to 150 CFM extra. From stock to mod. 200 CFM with the bell mount maybe. I'm not betting. Just looking at possibilities. Reminds me of a jet engine. High CFM with velocity. Im just hoping for the best.
Like I said this one is a flow bench muel, the one we build for the car I will make sure to use good Epoxy for and seal with glyptal paint. I do have J&B Weld in a carburetor that I have run on the street for a while that had held up fine but that was just a small patch job lol
Looks like you had one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel you got to take care of yourself the mustang ain't going to build itself not sure about the carb don't know enough about them interesting to see the results
I had that same idea! Just couldn't find a smoke machine in the store 😕 And I didn't want to delay the flow test any longer so I Shipped it off yesterday, but once I find one we will be doing smoke testing!
6:52 eye wonder what the ole butt dino would tell yea 🤔 bet it sound wicked

12:44 need some chicken noodle soup 🍲 man, and a gallon of ginger beer 🍻
I definitely had some chicken noodle soupe 😂
Feeling way better now though 😃
@@newguysgarage6802 that's good man,

Good stuff! Hope you get better
Hope you don't Die! Thanks for the video, Mate
Feeling way better now lol
Covid hits like a muel for about a week then just disappears I guess 😂

After this test carb you should try to make a fuel efficiency carburetor

@newguysgarage6802 I was looking for one a couple months ago cause I'm not dishing out 800 for a carb when I could just get a qjet
@@_10mm they have a ton of them on ebay for like $100-$200 😃
Love the videos lol hope you get well soon
Luckily im feeling better now, covid seems to hit you extremely hard for like a week then just disappear 😂
Make sure you cook it long enough.
Cook....what? 😅
@@newguysgarage6802 You had on your stove. I wasn't sure if you were going to fry or bake it 😂
@@NathansMoparGarage ohhhhhhhh I get it now 🤣🤣🤣
Put a 850 bp on it! Thats where its at!
Actually yes that is in the plan! Lol 😁

Could be! We will soon find out!
But that is probably a pretty good guess 🤔
Your not worried about the gasoline causing degradation of the JB Weld?

You need belzonna!
This is embarrassing... won't work for so many reasons
Flow bench will be the judge of that lol 😆

Luckily I am almost over it now lol 😆
Damn that covid though hits like a muel for about a week but then is gone all of a sudden 😂
Would be cool to flow test it with a smoke machine to see how the dimples work. Get well soon! Eat some pineapple and stay away from hospitals. Lol

@@newguysgarage6802 maybe just some of those hippie incense sticks?
Mabey, not sure it it would produce enough smoke to actually see when its moving.
I might give it a try though!
Round fan cardboard cone fit to fan. Burn burlap in coffee can behind fan. Smoke machine
