Does it matter which passport i use to enter kenya (i have no east african passports). Like with they make the process harder if i use my usa passport or central american passport? Does it matter?
I can imagine that some passport holders may be looked at more closely depending on the diplomatic relations. I can’t say what would be better but look into what relation the countries may have and make sure there is no conflict.
Unfortunately this website is more complicated and harder to use than their previous system. I cant even update my travel dates. I had a eTA approved on 18th June , but cancelled my flight due to their protests. Their phone number doesn't work and they dont respond to Emails. I already spent the money and it was approved, but there is no way for me to even contact them.
That sounds strange. The amount of information needed is reduced to less than half. It takes only 10 minutes to fill out and the approval returns usually within minutes. Make sure you are using the web address I have in the video.

I will myself be in Nairobi on 4/12 and a few days going. Nighttime in Nairobi can be a challenge if you are on your own. I would suggest having reliable company. This goes for any city in the world.

The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. There should be no problem changing the entry within these days. Be aware though that if you apply for a single entry you are only alowed to enter once. So no day trip to Tanzania or Uganda or such unless you have a dual entry visa or apply again.

The you will have to also provide their adress, eventually a invitation letter and their Kenyan Citizen IDs. It is much easier to book at least one night at a hotel and use that confirmation.

+@MBaba01 Hello. To you know the airline you are travelling with? Usually the have a letter prefix fx KLM has KL0001. If there isn’t any flight nr then I would just give the prefix and 0001. Or contact the airline and ask.

It’s way more difficult when invited to stay with a local friend. Identity card, invitation letter, a valid adress and such.. I would recommend to book a hotel room for at least one night and use that as your Accomodation information.. Maybe you need one night in Nairobi on arrival. ?
This sight to my knowledge is for Kenyan entry only. If you need visa to more East African countries I belive you either meet to apply separately or use the option on the official ordinary immigration sight for Kenya.

You don’t have to have all nights ready. As long as you have confirmation of some nights.

@ I would recommend being upfront with that yes.. Otherwise you may have a difficult time swearing that all your answers are true at the end.

Sir, How do I handle multiple entries when the countries are not EAC countries? In the past I paid for multiple Kenyan visas.
It should work the same. In the beginning you choose if it’s for a single person or a group.
