My mate actually wanted a bag of babies for his birthday. The idea is whenever we go to someone's house, we hide the tiny babies in random places, until eventually the host will find one, probably be a bit confused, but by then there's hundreds of babies everywhere
My fiend does something like that but with doll arms, she’s really good at hiding them in peoples pockets

As a self-employed person myself and as a long-term watcher of many youtube creators like Jack I know how damn hard it is to release ANYTHING. No matter if you want to bring out apparel, a book, a boardgame, or anything of the likes it is a huge process with thousands of hurdles you have to take to release something and even worse if you want to get it in a major store. So I can't comprehend how some of these products ever saw the light of day. Yeah, some of those Joke shirts will find an audience, but "guess the emoji" board game? Cornflakes-puzzles? ALL of the books? who greenlit that? who financed that? who saw that and thought "yes, we're definitely gonna make our money back on this. send it to production and get Walmart on the line!"
Aren't books _super_ easy to publish? Not even considering that Amazon will publish any book you submit, but it's funded by a church, so you know they've got money.
@UnstableEquilibrium Amazon self publishing is one thing, and they even print it for you, if someone orders a hard-copy, but having a book published that just stands in store for people to buy while browsing is insanely hard to accomplish.

@@WilliamAndrews0 I don't know. Maybe it is just that you are indeed very eloquent. I think it's might be also starting with describing a struggle/hardship you know yourself. A lot of youtuber ads start like this. "As a busy person, I know how hard it is to find time to prepare yourself a meal. You have to go make a shopping list, go to the shops, find a recipe... This is why Hello Fresh™ helped me a lot"
In the end, it's just a well structured short essay. I don't mean any of this in a bad way, I think you make a great point in your comment.

When Jack explains the "faux Asian font" at about 2:00 and he says that it's endlich but the font looks as if they were Chinese characters, the editor put a note there that says "*kanji".
But Chinese characters are called hanzi. The Japanese ones are called kanji but since most of the kanji originated from hanzi and mostly look still the same, what Jack said is correct :D
Just wanted to clarify that, especially since no one asked me to.

Before my sister left for boarding school she bought like 300 of those plastic babies and hid them around the house, I kept finding them in places for like 2 years until we moved.
As many terrible gifts good ol' Gramma gives you, make sure to spend some time with her or anyone you truly love. One day, the only Christmas gift you'll be getting is sadness.
The bags of babies are for king cake and since carnival starts basically right after Christmas it makes sense. It means the person who gave him the gift has a demonstrably cooler life than he does.
The butter knife makes little mini strips of semi soft butter when you use it so it basically horizontally distributes the butter for you. Win win!

10:58 it's needle felting instead of knitting. You get to stab things with a sharp needle to make cute things. It's super fun, actually. Roving is used, usually. Which is pretty inexpensive, but cat hair is free if you want to go down that route lol i have two very fluffy cats, but have never done this. Sometimes I feel like doing it, but it feels weird to save their hair for some reason.
to be fair about getting ornaments for Christmas, it's a tradition in my family to gift ornaments (but obv we give another gift with it), but the stipulation is that the ornaments are handmade.
Yeah I think it mostly depends on the context, like I've gotten some before but only as a stocking stuffer and it wasn't a fortnite ornament either lol
