I do pilates and i feel a lot of better. I work night shifts and i can't sleep at that time. I sleep day time. I feel better. Heat pads helped me a lot. I use avocado oil for cooking. I eat very healthy. I also take omega three and vitamin d supplements. I take one cup of camomile tea for stress relief before sleep 😊. Main thing for me was fight back stress in work, but i know that i need to deal with stressful situations and i deal with it when it occurs 😊. I also eat a lot of vegetables seeds and nuts also i use almond milk or lactose free milk. I drink 4 to 5 cups of watter a day. Thank you for advice about coconut watter. I ordered online and i will try adding it for my diet 😉
I was diagnosed with endometriosis at 22 years old I had 2 healthy pregnancies both C-section births and recently diagnosed with adenomyosis Started with painful irregular periods which are now regular I cycle with the full moon again. Now the menstruation is not painful but excessive bleeding and excruciating pain comes a few days afterwards. I'm in Canada and may not have access to the herbs you mentioned. I am using lady's mantle, yarrow and Shepard's purse which has helped slow bleeding and regulate cycle but I haven't found relief from the pain

Is it the same a cystic changes in the uterine wall or myometrium? If not what does cystic changes in myometrium mean? I need to add that I was diagnosed with fibroids a year ago that increased from 1 large fibroid to 3 fibroids 2 of which are quiet big and recently was diagnosed with cystic changes in my uterine wall as weel.
No, cystic changes in uterine wall may not be same as adenomyosis. Adeno is specifically the endometrial tissues growing inside the wall. Cystic changes is related to more hardening of the tissues.

Not really! Adenomyotic changes in the uterus happen due to hormonal imbalances. While menopause may help to stop heavy bleeding and period pain etc...it's hard for women in perimenopause to arrive at menopause when they have hormonal imbalance and adenomyosis. Further it may lead to spotting and bleeding even after menopause.
