At 4:49, the bed just magically flips over from upside down to right side up all by itself.

SO does it have high legs and shorter ones ? I wouldnt want the higher ones with out new matress . it would be 30 " off the ground..Thanks

None so far. It's been really good no complains. I use the massage at least 5 times a week and it's been perfect.
