This time I'd tried to write a more personal journal from his perspective. The last journals were far to "military protocol" and a bit generic. But the uniqueness and the fascination of the 501st Journals of BF 1/2 lays in those few lines of a personal interpretation and evaluation of the clone which I did miss in the last journals.
@SteveLarry69 I likely belong to that second generation of Star Wars fans, those of us who were introduced to the saga through the 1997 Special Edition in theaters. I was 7 years old at the time. The following films and Star Wars games, especially Battlefront I/II and the sequels, have left a lasting imprint on me. That's the Star Wars universe I've come to know and cherish. I'm always open to more Star Wars content, especially if it means more screen time for the Empire. :-) Thank you, Sir, for your Sub and that you like this Journal project.
I'm pretty sure most clones wouldn't miss Kamino of all places. They grew up there, yes, but their only company were Mandalorians yelling in their faces or Kaminoans who would kill clones just for having the wrong eye color. It was a cold, harsh place where only the best were considered worthy of respect. The clones weren't treated like people there; they were treated like crops, and the bad batches were thrown out as if they were just a bucket of rotten apples. Rampart did them all a favor. His actions allowed them to leave that wicked place behind for good.
This is one possible perspective for sure that most of the clones could have felt relieve after the destruction of Kaminoan production facilities. However, we have a rich and complex lore with different portrayed perspectives given about the thoughts, feelings and opinions of clonetroopers about many topics, no matter if politics, conspiracies, purpose of events and their own identity. Bad Batch and The Clone Wars are two sides of the same coin. Both view their creators and identity critically in the field of ethics and moral. The differences are more detailed in the books of Karen Traviss in which ARC clones did trust and somehow loved their "father" of Kal Skirata, a Mandalorian. The Clones know that harsh and cold place - from our perspective of convenience and civilized standards - but for them this cold and harsh place were their home, their daily life without contact to the foreign reality. Different structures of socialisation we can barely imagine and explore. Millions of clones may have developed millions of opinions about the same events, topics, etc. Well, like us. And one of the clones narrating this journal is someone who offers different perspectives.
Thank you! I continously try to work on the Temuera sound with the options given. Still not perfect, but a start for sure. Do you have Discord? Contact me. I can send you the Soundfile of his voice I am working with and give you the settings for Eleven Labs m2 then.
Great Series. Is there a chance you would also do Renegade Squadron? Han Solo's Personal Squadron from the PSP games and how a bunch of Mercenaries do special operations and dirty work for the rebellion
I've been considering narrating the skirmishes of the Rogue Squadron/Rogue Leader Games (Gamecube, N64, PC) from dual viewpoints: one reflecting the Imperial stance and the other from a rank-and-file Rebel soldier who speaks of the 'Angels' deeds. Considering your idea, which is brilliant and appropriate, I envision that the Renegade Squadron and Solo's personal squadron might also be incorporated or possibly receive their own journal. If you'd like to collaboratively develop this idea, and have thoughts or discussions to share, please do so in the comments below, or even better, via Discord? 🙂
@@ArminiusFH Nice and regarding Renegade Squadron. You could use the PSP Game Cutscene as Foundation on what type of Operations they would do in Legends. A mixture of Andor/Rogue One elements can be added given Solo's Squadron are a band of Mercenaries/Actual Criminals who would do dirty tricks to win. As for Journal Style Cutscene for Renegade Squadron. It would appropriate if the POV is Mercenary who initially joined for the credits but slowly he would adopt The Rebel Alliance Ideals once he saw the heroic side of Solo or Commander Col Serra
@@Crappy1441 Was Renegade Squadron a BF expansion or a standalone title? If you can provide me with tips and information about that, it will surely help the development process immensely :-) The narrative development, where Imperials become Rebels and mercenaries turn into Rebels, happens too often in some series. Wouldn't an alternative perspective be interesting, where mercenaries would still go to the Imperials because they assign heroism to other values there? For the narrative around Renegade Squadron and Rogue Leader, however, it indeed fits to portray the Rebels as the good ones, who are truly ready to give their ideals.
@@ArminiusFH Renegade Squadron is more of a Standalone Game for the PSP. Most of the POV is Col Serra retelling his Tales about the Galactic Civil War. By the End of the Game All of its members just went to the shadows because they know Everyone Except Han Solo are not the "Ideal People" for the New Republic. You're right about Mercs turning to rebels storyline. For a fresh Perspective we could stick to Mercenary would only Follow Han Solo and Col Serra due to trying to pay his debts to criminal Syndicates. Vader cared for them from the beginning ... AWSOME line.

@@ArminiusFH Please keep making more, these are so good.
Great work again ! Awaiting the new ones with lot of enthusiasm ! :)
Thank you very much! I'm also motivated and curious again after the next level of journal quality this time 🙂I wasn't happy with Anoat and Kriselist.
One of the best series I seen
You make me blush. Thank you. Steady improvement of the narration, voice and records will show where this series and project is going! :-)
