I have a Baretta Special and it was perfect especially the frets, not sticking out, smooth and polished. I assumed all Kramers would be better since mine is a low budget one. I’m thinking the Baretta Special from Indonesia was just a lucky accident. It also has the best flat U neck I’ve ever played…..ever.
All this guitars suffer from the same problem Sharp fret edges. I tried about 10 in 3 different guitar centers all of them had the same problem. That without counting the fact that the majority of examples that I tried had the floyd all the way down and the saddles are ruining the paint of the guitars in dispay at least the ones I saw on guitar center. The one that I bought also had sharp edges and the floyd ruined the paint because who knows for how long the floyd was recessed over the finish. The good thing of this guitars is the price right now is only $200. Nice video subbed.
Great review and that playing was great! Fantastic tune. I could see the Chinese made when you pulled the pickups out. Ugh. I’d almost return it….but hope you got a good deal on it and make it a better guitar. You made it sound fantastic! And cool beginning of the video.
I love these guitars, because their lower gain pu's I play alot of zepplin and hard blues, do you think this guitar would be good for that also? Really want the neck profile and the guitar is just sexy
4:57 Oh my goodness. That “RoHs” sticker is on my first guitar pickups. After I saw the sticker on my guitar I decided to name it “Ross”. I can’t believe that Kramer uses those pickups
I have a purple one as well. It's a fun guitar, but someone at the factory decided to "customize" mine. The trem cavity looks like it was cnc-ed wrong and wasn't spotted until after the paint was laid. Instead of rejecting it, they took a chisel and went all Michael Myers on it, trying to make the block fit. The string spacing is fine, and it intonate's fine, and the backplate covers everything, so it doesn't bug me all that much, aside from the fact it shouldn't have left the factory like that. I also had to fix a loose solder joint on the output jack.
Thank you brother!! Ill be doing a review and demo on a pickup next week nd I’ll be going in depth with the differences in AlNiCo and ceramic magnets 💯
You to develop a more critical thinking mindset and not be so presumptuous. You did not no objective test to prove the pickup is ceramic it was based on assumption. There are Alnico constructed pickups that use a bar magnet and slugs, it’s cheaper and for ease of manufacturing. You didn’t and couldn’t do an analysis on the magnet material.

Awesome review. Any way you can aquire a Kramer Pacer Vintage and compare the two guitars quality wise?
Dude that’s a good suggestion!! I’ll get my hands on one and do a comparison because that would be interesting to see
Almost sure you can't differentiate the type of the magnet by looking at it.
Yep agree
How can you tell if the magnets are AlNiCo bars vs ceramic bars?
Also, demo sounds great 🤘
