Hey Nate - absolutely! Begin with doing 30s of effort followed by 30s of rest until you reach 15 minutes. Important to meet your body where it’s at and build from there!
@@Natano-v4pyou absolutely can. We recommend doing the Tall Slide as that active recovery slide. And if you need to skip the slide, just step back off the board and catch your breath before you begin again.
Yes and no. Longer boards do require more power to make it across but they take up a lot of room and are usually most appropriate for taller users (above 6’6). Beyond that, their value for the mass market consumer is little to none. So if you’re a beginner, a 6ft board is most appropriate, especially if your goal is to slowly add lateral movement training into your routine. And we’ve had over 28,000 people on our boards and tested our nationally accredited and award winning training program in the heart of the fitness scene in NYC. So with us, you’ll be on board with the most trusted name in slide board training:)
This is my go-to, feel-great Brrrn workout!🎉🎉
Is it possible to do just slide back and forth intervals as a beginner for 15 minutes or is that too intense?

@@Brrrn is it ok to slide for an active rest or is this too much for a constant lateral movement

@@Brrrn ok thank you! One more question 😅 a longer slide board is for generating more power whereas a shorter one is for speed? Is that right?
