    Obviously perfect knowledge Diya hai aapne because main 2 week se aise hi running Kar RHA hu and almost thoda stamina bhi ban Gaya hai and hand perfect or proper way me running me pair ka bhi proper standing hota hai jaisa ki aapne bataya hai Almost main 1500+meter running Kar le RHA hu proper way me ye sbhi tips follow krke and after running exercise jam ke hoti hai ye sab I request to all of you agar aap proper running krna chahte hai to ye tips bilkul correct hai..!!
