What frame are you seeing in this video on flowers? I didn't think there was a frame in there. Do you have a time stamp? It will be from 18-12 gauge depending.

What website do you get your beads I’ve been trying to find beads for bracelets that are shiny
If you name a website we probably buy from them. Many websites carry Swarovski crystals, and we like those the best.
