    My shoulders feels so much better after the stretches. I Like the arms inside the thigh one.. 😌 God bless..

    Namah te - I’m appreciating you classes, thank you. However your black leggings make it very challenging to see your positioning. You often do the asana in a reverse view wise sequence meaning if you did the opposite side first it’s more understandable where your positioning legs, hands, arms, etc.
    Forward facing could also be helpful - although you’d need another angle to see arms. Hoping to be helpful.
