Hi everyone! This relaxing yin yoga class includes some very gentle movement, breathwork, rebounds, and holds between 3 and 4 minutes. Postures include melting heart, dragon, broken wing, dangling, and half saddle. If you like to use bolsters, pillows, etc as a support for your practice I'd grab them before beginning. Hope you enjoy.
