I love how the jungle items now don't even reward jungles that actually gank more, now its just farm farm until you get the upgraded version, why the fuck aren't champ kills adding to the feed pet shiter, meaning if i decide to gank a lot more in the early game , the enemy jungler can just farm his way up and have more smite damage for objectives than me. 10/10 Riot
That's because the one who ganks actually carry the game, so it's either you're rewarded for ganking by feeding yourself and your mates, or by farming. If it was both this would be stupid
@@nicoalamo1483 Not entirely, it's made gank priority champions like lee sin and elise infinitely more difficult because while I get a meager amount of gold from maybe 1 or 2 kills while trying to give the rest to our ADC so they can carry their enemy fiddlesticks can farm and have half as many stacks of pet than I do and just straight up win objectives.

@@daruthebeast Level 2 ganks are fine, all jungle characters have differing levels of map pressure. You are going to lane differently if there's a Warwick vs someone like Sylas. However when ganking is as discouraged as it is due to the very obvious loss of smite upgrade stacks characters that can do everything at once start to do too well in the new environment. Udyr is a huge problem right now because he's good at everything and can out gank and out farm most junglers, but he can do that all at once. It really makes the line between viable and complete dogshit even more clear.
Imagine everyone with smite and little shitter, because now it can feed himself with takedowns... so no camps needed

What you can do though, is finish the support quest, sell the item, then buy the pet. This means you get the gold from the quest, can build vigilant wardstone, and get your jungle pet.

Anyone remember Eleisa's Miracle? It was a support item that got removed for season 4. All it did was health regen, mana regen, and reduced the cooldown of heal, clarity, and clairvoyance by 25% (the latter 2 have long since been removed). What made it good in my opinion is what you see here: it was essentially a defacto 2nd item. Upon gaining 3 levels while it was in your possession, it would "break", removing it from your inventory but keeping the stats and passive. If you can get ahead as a tank, you could have an item advantage too. Granted, these items need you to have smite AND farm jungle monsters, but with the right decision making and how the lane swings, it can be worth the extra effort.

Pretty sure it’s actually a strat rn in high elo to go Ivern Support with smite you take jg item and perma roam so your AD gets solo xp and ends up 3 levels above the enemy bot lane while you counter jg and gank other lanes.
I played against two ivern supps the other day and now I don't ban anyone but ivern no matter what role. Double jg is cancer
The double jungle item could actually be meta. It has some issues, but consider having it on your ADC. They finish lane and are probably 2 levels behind everyone. Now because of how jungle XP works, they get bonus XP in the jungle and quickly catch up those missing levels plus getting perm buff and a useful summoner spell (since heal is basically a dead slot at 15 mins after all the nerfs). The downside is having a useless sums early game of course, your support freaking out when they die and notice you didn't take heal then rage quit. Also if your team is losing early and your jungle camps are getting denied you're not getting those stacks. BUT it's actually not that dumb..
I think its pretty good If you have Power Farmers Like karthus or smth so that you can start early

Wtf are You talking about? Item isn't bought until 14 minutes in at earliest. 1)Why isn't Your pet upgraded yet at that time? 2) that's also the time gold penalty for lane minions gets removed. So while Your top is "counterjungling" You at 16 minutes into the game and getting Your team a 2k gold advantage (and more like 3k in effective stats), You get to take farm in his lane for more exp AND income.

Rav.. you can make it SUPER more broken. There is a bug/mechanic that you can start gaining treats sooner.
Instead of buy the item at 15min. Buy it on your first back, then hit UNDO, and go back to buying your normal things.. You'll start to get 1 candy a minute. Thats like an extra 500-1k gold more for free.
Sivir could be good with this push lane take camp push wave takes camp repeat and you have really good poke.
@Rav you need to buy the ig item at 4 mins in base and sell it, you then passively stack the jg “treats” for a bunch of bonus gold even though you don’t have the item 🤓

How about the fact that they still haven’t even added any relatively new content… where’s the new doom bots… where’s a random twisted tree line mode, or dominion.. fuck summoners and howling they’re boring… they’re largest competitor (SMITE) has a not only more game modes and maps available, but a random special game mode in a consistent rotation
i dont really think smite is a competitor at all considering its entire diffrenet game genre.
