You get ms office with asus so that's one pro but you can Pirate it or just buy it later. Also, the thermals are better in predator. The screen is the same and pretty subjective but i think asus's bezels are a bit prettier than predator's but that really shouldn't be a problem. You just can't go wrong with predator so go for it.
