Fun fact. This song has the same number of beats per minute as the human heart, so if you are doing CPR do it to the beat of this song to make sure you are doing it at the right speed.
Listened to this every morning for months after I left the ex-husband. Drove my teenage son crazy. 😆 And now, here I am, 38 years later at age 76 looking back on the spectacular life I've had, while still looking forward each day I have left to the blessings God has for me. Trust me on this, dear children, the end of a toxic relationship is a blessing. Might not feel like it while we're going through it, but in time, if we're willing, God shows us clearly that it was, and helps us not to make the same self-destructive choices again.
Nostalgic. I listened to this nonstop after my 8 years of marriage ended with him cheating on me with his ex. This song gave me hope. I went back to school, recently graduated with doctorate degree. Now I feel free, happy, and finally learned to love myself again. ❤️ Stay strong and kind
The line “Now I’m saving all my loving for someone who’s loving me.” Is such a powerful line and the emotion she sang it with just adds to that. Such a lovely song.
There's a lot of songs about women who have overcome their abusive relationships or left an abusive man, but I think this is the only one that genuinely made me think, "Damn. What a queen."
dedicated to the cancer i’m struggling with rn. :)
Whos here after "After LIKE"??
Get ready for 'Who's listening in quarantine?' LOL

This song is so respectful, yet so empowering. Powerful.
Okay but nobody is considering that she used a PowerPoint.
Larries, this is for us.

This song gave me the courage to walk away and everytime I feel like missing him, I just listen to it again.
“As long as I know how to love I know I’ll stay alive”, this line is truly amazing.
Not for my ex or anything like that... dedicated to fears, insecurity, and negativity in general, I'll survive, I WILL SURVIVE.
Today it is 24 years since I had surgery for breast cancer. Hear this song at full blast. Thank you God🙏❤️
