Settings at the moment, sets the speed (mm per minute) in manual mode. I am still working on this, I have run out of memory on the NANO. I have ordered some memory and am hoping to be able to use it to store plots, so I can use it without connecting it to a computer.
@@Tims_Projects look like your motor including CD/DVD how much A and Volt, my powersupply 12V/24A connect arduino uno cnc shield v3 ,when sending code stepper temp very hot ,maybe burn fingers
@@danyarsniper8793 it will get hot with that board (you will fry an egg), I have not seen anyone using L293D do it right yet. the amps need to be limited to 0.4 amps. Can you make a photo to show how you are doing, so I can think the best way to continue. You may need to get some parts I used. 2 off these: www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=L293D+Mini+Motor+Drive+Shield&_sop=15 They are same as what you have but these can be modified if you have good soldering skills.
