The students with 60℅ in boards suffer a lot to get placements in IT companies after getting btech degree. They could not even clear the basic aptitude test of the companies.

There is no normalization ! Thats what i said ! Go thorugh video fully ,all the board marks are considered as same in TNEA Counselling,no advantage or special treatment for cbse or any other board
In all fields you have job opportunities, core field are so vast , MECHANICAL, EEE have varied job options and they are easier to get in councelling in a better college
