I appreciate lessons like this one because it's not the same as when someone's trying to force you to remember these expressions by just showing you the pictures and repeating the words. The stories you tell while explaining the prepositions make learning them much more natural.
Dear Bob, I think you are the best english teacher on RUclips, a diamond among the grey stones on the seashore. :) Greetings from Russia, Novosibirsk. P.S. For anyone who read this - I am a hostage of government policy, please do not send rays of hatred from the other side of the screen.
The past few months I found myself feel desperate to be good at prepositions and now that I came across this video of Yours I learned it all. I am letting out happy tears 😭. Thank You very much Teacher Bob. I love your way of teacher.
Speaking of the difference between "in school" and "at school", when you are IN school it can also indicate that you are studying at school/college but it doesn't necessarily mean that you are physically inside the school. The fact is you are still a student. Hope my explanation was clear. Thank you, Bob, for another useful lesson 😀
I am glad that in this complex topic, Bob found and highlighted for us the logic that is not immediately obvious.👍 I think this lesson is one of the best.👌
Work so late? Really appreciate your hard work! You are the best teacher anyone could ask for..( is it correct way to express our thanks and feelings?)
Yes, it is absolutely correct to say, "You are the best teacher anyone could ask for." It's actually very common amongst native English speakers to use the expression "You are the best … anyone could ask for." Well done!
I have been always watching your videos and I don't want to miss them. Thank you teacher Bob. I hope you will make a video about everyday problems in house or in public place because it will be helpful for us as non native English speakers
Thanks Bob. This lesson is very interesting but at the same time is a little confused to someone that is learning english like my. I Will tried to learn it.
Thanks for this lesson! I usually get confused when it comes to placing proper prepositions. But the way you taught is going to help me in the future to place the right preposition to sound more clear. If you had taught us to show only words, we might forget it a couple of days later. But visualization technique is perfect to keep us reminded forever.
Even the native English speakers make grammar mistakes , so to learn it from a professional is a gift of the life ! A special thanks to our great teacher 🍁 Have a lovely Sunday funday 🎉
Hello po sir bob i"m happy to see you are fell better now sir believet or not you are my insperation sir thank you for youre hard work to teaching us take care of youreself always sir God bless po
Hello Bob. I am Rachid, an English teacher from Casablanca, Morocco. don't you think we can say at University, school and the cinema meaning inside these buildings?
this lesson was so confusing😵💫... those people, who say that English is an easier language than others, are so wrong. I think one of the proofs that we aren't native will be always exactly the moment when we have to use prepositions 😥
Record 57:prepositins of place,in a tree,on a tree,under a tree,in the shade,in a box,on a shelf,in a boocase,on top of the bookcase,in the cupboard,by the river,beside the river,in the store,at the store,from the store,in front of the store,in the car,on a train,out of the box,next to the other car,beteen the cars,among the cars,behind the building,above the clouds,below the water,underwater,near the exit,on the left,on the right,to the left of the red book,to the right of the red book,on the floor,on the wall,on the ceiling,hanging from the ceiling,at the party,at home,at work,to work from home,in Canada,on TV,on the third floor,in the river,in school/at school,at the light,up/down the road,at the door,for dinner,at dinner
We're entering a heatwave today. It's supposed to last two or three days. We hope it ends before Thursday because that's market day. It's no fun selling flowers outside when it's 34 degrees! 😎🍞🍫
Hello! I am a native speaker of Wnglish from America. If you are trying to say that you turn rocks into coffee, either one of these phrases will mean the same thing. You can say "out of" or "from" in this case and there is not much difference. Both will mean you turn rocks into coffee.
I appreciate lessons like this one because it's not the same as when someone's trying to force you to remember these expressions by just showing you the pictures and repeating the words. The stories you tell while explaining the prepositions make learning them much more natural.
You are absolutely right

I didn't realize how difficult of a language English was until I had to teach it. It is very tricky indeed!
Thank you a lot teacher sorry my english is not good

What difference between :
* I make coffee mug out of a rock
* I make coffe mug from a rock
out of vs from 🌷💙😘
