I will try it! But i will use the old rails! With integrated fuel regulator! To avoid that big regulator
hey man, did you use the same stock fuel lines for that corvette fuel filter?
correct. Stock supply and return lines were attached to the Corvette filter/regulator
No way to insert the fuel rails into the new intake? Just by modifying the upper line?
yes you can modify the upper cross over if you wanted to. I chose to use what was already built for this intake, and used the new fuel rail
@@Patman03sprcrw @ the l59 flex fuel rails and upper cross tube works! And keeps the stock regulator! In the rail, and avoids the big vette filter!
@@gerardolopez5875 awesome. thanks for the update!
@@gerardolopez5875how does one fit my stock L59 fuel rail and injectors onto the TBSS intake??
@@Drewski2Shoes @ yes , i was told! Haven’t try yet
What’s up bro would it be the same process for a 99-02 4.8l yea right ? About the same thing
yes should be the same
@@Patman03sprcrw sounds good bro how’s it running? and did you need to tune it ??
@@luigarcia4350 it's on my buddies truck, it's running great. He redid tuning because I also installed Cam/springs during the rebuild
@@Patman03sprcrw man you need to make a video on that truck how it’s running
@@Patman03sprcrw@ will this upgrade help with jut stock tune?
What did you end up doing to the loose and hanging lines that were used on the old intake?
talking about the MAP sensor harness length? I just carefully cut open the electrical tape and pulled more wire length out of the harness. It will make more sense once you actually do it
@@Patman03sprcrw no not the MAP Sensor harness, the little water lines im guessing? They’re close to the radiator
@@Raul-fj8qm coolant steam pipes discussed at 11:30 mark in the video
What would you call the red gromet thingy for the map sensor
thats just a rubber cover/cap that covers an open hole. I just pulled it out of the loose parts bin of other caps I had
