A women with a vision
The cheese making is the same as Yoruba cheese making. We call it Warakashi or Wara. The leaves used in boiling the milk is called bombom leaf which serves as a coagulant and medicinal too. In english the leaf is called Sodom Apple leaf.
I have the plant in my house in Accra- glad I now know the name thanks to ES and VInman`s channel. ✌appreciate.

What did he do to the rabbit.? He killed it again 😌😱we ate rabbit in the fall and winter not summer but we never ate it with skin on😍 black birds in winter as well it had to do with season my grand parents still used some of the African way of cooking. I'm sure handed. Down from their African parents like my grandma she ate mostly with her hands the way She dressed in prints ,the way She wrapped her hair in strings I'm looking at the women there and I can see her in them its amazing

maybe try to plant the sweet potatoes in the bag again and prune the plant regularly so it does not grow very long. This way most of the nutrients will go to the roots.

I love your videos because you are helping me to appreciate going to the market with my husband. When I first landed on the continent I was grossed out whenever we went to the market and I wanted to go shop at Shop Right. I'm now enjoying going to the market. I just clean my food well, because them darn flies are everywhere, but the food is so good and fresh.
Talking about that color issue, my husband hates how dark I get when I'm on the continent. Then when I come back to America I fade back. I'm going to do what you say, because it is heat damage.

U can try to steam the wagashie on low heat for 20mins n allow it to drain out completely then u fry. I'm a pullo also
Maybe try a lil water and vinegar and lightly spray the leaves of the yams , the bugs don't like it ;

The environment is beautiful.
The soil is kind of hard/ for sweet potatoes. They normally grow well on soft and highly bump soil.
Those were leftover sweet potatoes leaves. We have a sweet potato farm.
