I like to think that garu does like Pucca, because they share similar passions/interests(ex, karate noodles), but Garu doesn't like the kind of "funny love" Pucca is obsessed with. I'm almost positive of this because in another episode, tobe calls Pucca his "stupid girlfriend", and garu gets mad and kicks Tobe's butt. Garu would never like someone as shallow and self absorbed as ring ring. Also, I love it when garu gives Pucca the flowers!😜
