Its the opposite Short girls should break their verical line, long lines are gonna drag them down And tall girls should maintain the vertical line as it looks harmonious with the length, shorter lengths will just make them look like smth huge in smth small

Similarly u can be short but balanced ( ur head aint too big or small and ur limbs are moderate length)and so short or long clothes wouldn't make any difference. This only applies for short ppl who have the features of a short person ie short limbs and a big head compared to the body. But then again This lines are just to make the clothes seem intentional and timeless. Depending on other features that "dragging down" May look cute in a lay man's eyes. Im not trying to sound like a professional but I hv done significant research on these topics. The tips she gave was the old way of "balancing" ur features. It doesn't work for many including me. It's better to emphasize ur features
