I couldn't see your software team in the video. Can you tell them the youth academy needs an update? Because using the youth academy is illogical and absurd. It makes more sense to develop the player manually. Your transfer system also needs to be changed. Tired of waiting for a good player on the transfer screen. We can't waste our days on the transfer screen. You are losing your players. For academy: 1) There are no fast-growing players in the academy. (Very slow growing players are coming out) 2) The gray abilities of players developed from the Academy are also improving. We don't want this (we have to choose for ourselves which skills need to be upgraded) 3) Player developed from academy x0(locked) game style and causes extra expense. 4) From the academy to the player to be developed Adding a style of play is like gambling. 5) Hand-developed player from academy far superior to advanced player and longevity.
