Im not one to comment on YT vids, but I feel compelled to do so with this video. Ive used tons of “sleep hypnosis” videos and have listened to quite a few “lucid dream” vids at nite with zero results. Until last nite when I listened to this! The dream was so intense and real that I didnt realize it was a dream until I started leaping across some open plains! It was an amazing dream, and I was completely in control. Then…I suddenly woke up. Startled, I went to the bathroom and did my business, then came back to bed, amazed at the dream I just had. The video was still playing as I laid back down. Then low and behold, my dream picked up right where it left off! Def give this one a try, it certainly worked for me! Ill be listening again tonight!! 👍🏼💯🙌🏼

While in my deepest prayers ever today, in my mind God took me to 3 levels in Heaven. 1st all my questions were answered 2nd God put on a fireworks show 3rd He overwhelmed me or I became nothing and everything with God. The last part happened to me as I was heartsick, was. Jesus Christ saved me again... grace.
@Mr. Abigail Spades Keep trying. It is possible. I have not many astrals but many lucid dreams and in interacting with dream character I've discovered there are different kinds. Some are very dumb and you can do whatever with them but others it's like they have their own personality and even know more than me.
I really don't dream at all or at least do not remember anything at all, the only "real" dream I've ever had i was a wolf running through the forest and i could feel how powerful i am, i felt my claws digging up the earth as i ran.....i wasn't chasing anything i was running for fun and very much enjoyed it. I don't know why i don't dream, i think it's coz I'm constantly in pain and i do hard manual labor daily so i suffer..... at this very moment in time I'm dying to be alive, i feel I'm on the edge but in a good way. To all of you out there i hope you get what you want and are able to live as you wish
I wish I stumbled on this video months ago. The first night I listened to this I had a vivid dream and woke up briefly . I went back to bed and focused on my astral body , I was only able to move my arm. I was too tired to continue and fell asleep and had 2 more complex dreams, which I don’t normally have. My dreams are usually muddy and hazy but the other night it was almost crystalline. I used it again last night and had 2 more in depth dreams 😌

Wow, I listened to this just for a few minutes and I had a hard time going to sleep. Then I fell asleep and I entered a building that had doors everywhere. Doors upstairs and then downstairs. I kept going in circles of the building and it seemed to be empty with no one there. Then I entered a room with a few people working. Like an office. I went through another door and I was in a place that was amazing. The floors were polished smooth, and I cvould slide on the floors. But all kinds of beautiful people that lived there. I knew a girl with brown hair and I was givingt her crystal. Drugs, and everyone kinda knew it. We acted like we were in love. Anyway I awoke from the dream and I feel guilty for giving her crystal. But this place was like Oz. I swear it felt so good and real as can be. What a great time I had in the dream.

I've struggled with sleep for years, I found this channel and a good serotonin booster and in 3 minutes or so I'll be out like a light. prayer and meditation on the Word comes at ease with this as well.
I must have to much or not enough serotonin because I’m awful hung over the next day so I can’t take it at all ! A whole bottle of it has to go up to the medical center we have here to disposed of it ! Don’t want to poison the water !

I just want to share, this worked on me. I just woke up from the most vivid dream I ever had. I saw my body in astral shape, it looked like a “ghost”. I went to wake up my brother and go for a trip to find our dad who already died. But I woke up in my room again, there was a creature trying to scare me but I wasn’t scared and it disappeared. Then I said I want to see my spiritual guide and I went floating to a place, it looked like a dark hallway in an antique castle that had a door. I heard people speaking in French. A couple steps to go through that door, I heard somebody introduced Jesus of Nazaret. I walked in, I was so surprised. He was talking about life after life. He said you can die right now and you’ll go there, he showed a video of a beautiful place. So I wondered where is my dad? And then I woke up. When I woke up, I went to the bathroom and laid down again, open fb and the first post that popped up was a meme of Jesus, the way he’s shown by the bible, and he looked way different as the way I saw him in my dream. Is that a coincidence? I’m gonna keep sleeping and see if I can connect again.

Im Just a normal 20 year old trying to lucid dream and nothing ive tried has worked. Tried this video expecting nothing and had the most lucid dream ive ever had. It felt a bit like a nightmare as i was in a graveyard setting the whole time but i remember every aspect and detail. Will be trying this again
This works 100%. Did it last night and had my first LD for a while. It was brief, but also clearer that’s my other times ie: I got to converse a little with a DC. I also flew which is my fav thing to do. 😊

@@littlemilkjug2130 you must practice yourself to be aware while sleeping and when you dream to realize that you are dreaming, with that way you can control your dreams and wake up sometimes by your self, if you record your dreams it's a very good way to remember people and places and it's very possible in another dream to remember an old one. It has happened to me to dream something and to say I know this place I have been here before in my dreams or to say this is not real I am dreaming. If you can taste, smell or feel things this is also lucid dreaming. Sometimes I wake up very confused you know because my dreams are so real that I don't know which reality is real the awaken one or the reality of dreams, good luck wish you all the best!!

If you wanna lucid dream stay awake for more than 24 hours, you must stay awake till you feel you're gonna drop if you don't lay to sleep, I slept around midday and had multiple dreams while exposed to light, you shouldn't move or overthink after waking from a dream but close your eyes and lay comfortably to sleep again, this way you'll have at least more than one lucid dream and many nonlucid dreams. You must lay comfortably and not excite your body, while in your dream don't try to hard to manipulate or you might wake up, the dream will start to disintegrate, it has worked with artificial lighting, that's all my experience can say.

Con este audio tube una ezperiencia maravillosa que espero poder volver a repetir...estube ecuchando varios dias el audio quiero recalcar que yo soy inexperta en el tema de la meditacion yo solo los empeze a escuchar porque leia comentarios buenos....un dia al ir a dejar a mi niña a la escuela ...siendo las 6.30 de la mañana puse el audio para volver a dormirme...cabe mensionar que dias atras ya habia tenido la sensacion querer tener sueños lucidos ...pero ese dia fue algo hermoso senti donde hiba entrando en el sueño miraba una pradera verde muchas flores pero recuerdo que sentia que hiba como en un elicoptero porque sentia comi daba vuelras e hiba subiendo mas arriba miraba el mar miraba riscos y montañas y cada vez sentia que subia mas arriba de repente ya no siento que vaya en elicoptero sino que voy subuendo para arrriba viy suntiendo mucha adrenalina y miro a mi alrededor comi voy salindo muro muchas estrelllas planetas mucho colores sigo subiendo y en donde voy subiendo escuche que alguien me hablo lo recuerdo y me dan ganas llorar ..era una voz de mujer yo sentia la voz como enserrada dentro de mi mente lo que recuerdo que m dijo fue algo como" yo te voy ayudar tienes que ser fuerte."..quise tratar de concentrarme en su voz y lo que decia y ahi m desperte ...pero fue algo magico...alguien m puede decir que era esa voz ...y querido volver a tener otra coneccion asi y ya no he podido....

I just want to share, this worked on me. I just woke up from the most vivid dream I ever had. I saw my body in astral shape, it looked like a “ghost”. I went to wake up my brother and go for a trip to find our dad who already died. But I woke up in my room again, there was a creature trying to scare me but I wasn’t scared and it disappeared. Then I said I want to see my spiritual guide and I went floating to a place, it looked like a dark hallway in an antique castle that had a door. I heard people speaking in French. A couple steps to go through that door, I heard somebody introduced Jesus of Nazaret. I walked in, I was so surprised. He was talking about life after life. He said you can die right now and you’ll go there, he showed a video of a beautiful place. So I wondered where is my dad? And then I woke up. When I woke up, I went to the bathroom and laid down again, open fb and the first post that popped up was a meme of Jesus, the way he’s shown by the bible, and he looked way different as the way I saw him in my dream. Is that a coincidence?
I’m gonna keep sleeping and see if I can connect again.

Im Just a normal 20 year old trying to lucid dream and nothing ive tried has worked. Tried this video expecting nothing and had the most lucid dream ive ever had. It felt a bit like a nightmare as i was in a graveyard setting the whole time but i remember every aspect and detail. Will be trying this again

This works 100%. Did it last night and had my first LD for a while. It was brief, but also clearer that’s my other times ie: I got to converse a little with a DC. I also flew which is my fav thing to do. 😊

As a spiritual teacher I don't recommend a lot of videos for astral travel but when I do, I always include this one in my recommendations. It's one of the best!

@@littlemilkjug2130 you must practice yourself to be aware while sleeping and when you dream to realize that you are dreaming, with that way you can control your dreams and wake up sometimes by your self, if you record your dreams it's a very good way to remember people and places and it's very possible in another dream to remember an old one. It has happened to me to dream something and to say I know this place I have been here before in my dreams or to say this is not real I am dreaming. If you can taste, smell or feel things this is also lucid dreaming. Sometimes I wake up very confused you know because my dreams are so real that I don't know which reality is real the awaken one or the reality of dreams, good luck wish you all the best!!

My older brother says he has literally never flown in a dream. I do it almost every night lol. Walking is so slow and boring, the dream would end before you could go anywhere.

If you wanna lucid dream stay awake for more than 24 hours, you must stay awake till you feel you're gonna drop if you don't lay to sleep, I slept around midday and had multiple dreams while exposed to light, you shouldn't move or overthink after waking from a dream but close your eyes and lay comfortably to sleep again, this way you'll have at least more than one lucid dream and many nonlucid dreams.
You must lay comfortably and not excite your body, while in your dream don't try to hard to manipulate or you might wake up, the dream will start to disintegrate, it has worked with artificial lighting, that's all my experience can say.
