The problem isn’t that third-class players ko hara kar sindhu jeeti hai; the real issue is that Sindhu is getting older (she’s 29), and India doesn’t have any other solid women’s singles player who can fill her mighty shoes.
If PVS wins then people say opponent is weak, opponent was injured etc . If she loose then people say retire now, wasting money etc. Irrespective of her performance you guys not gonna stop hating her. She's gonna answer all your hate with her racque!! It's not her fault if most of the top players didn't participated in the tournament.
@@Shridharasharma Wu luo is ranked 89th. Sindhu is ranked 16th. If the Indian cricket team defeats the Japanese cricket team, it's not a great accomplishment, but a job done.
@@Jamah35h lol 🤣 🤣 please stop comparing badminton with cricket!! Chinese badminton players irrespective of their rankings are always dangerous. And tbh at this moment one can't judge an athlete on basis of the rankings. Bcz new generation is trying to take driver seat and make some impact where as old generation players are trying to keep their place intact. If you see LS he is ranked between 12-20 from last couple of months but actually with the kind of play he is playing he should be in top 10!! If you consider ASG,he hasn't performed well post AE24,but he is still in top10!! So you can't judge someone on the basis of their rankings. Also Went HY who was unseeded defeated LZJ in the DO23 finals which was quite surprising. One can't underestimate Chinese badminton players at any point of time. Specially the power ranked ones as they are always underdogs!!
@@Shridharasharma you make some good points. However, in your example the range is small: top 10 and within 20. Here , We are talking about someone in the top 15 vs someone in the triple digit ranking.. yes upsets do happen in baddy as in other sports (tennis -djoko, alcaraz all lost to players outside of top 20 in 2024), but are rare. All I am saying is PVS should consider this as a job done instead of a great accomplishment.
Congratulations

That girl screaming is irritating
