I've been doing the full coral/invert QT and for fish HTTM. Really enjoying the healthy parasite free fish but I've been struggling getting SPS through QT (other corals no problem). Is the risk of adding SPS directly to the DT after removing it from the frag plug really acceptable?

So long as the SPS has no bleached spots and you mount it to a new (dry) plug, the risk should be minimal. I am only speaking of fish diseases, however. This doesn’t apply to AEFW, etc.

Yes, but with caution. Combining those two meds can lead to a bacterial bloom which depletes O2 from the water. So, I would run a couple of extra airstones or point a powerhead towards the surface of the water to increase gas exchange in the water.
