What a helpful video! Question: Can I set up screen mirroring so that I don't have to always enter a password and go through all these directions to access it?
On my M1 Pro Macbook pro, videos lagging when I screen mirror to my tv. Any solutions? My wifi is excellent and there are not any such kind of problems.
Mine won't allow me to go above 1080p on the TV screen when doing this? Any ideas? 2021 Samsung AU7100 4K TV, and 2021 16" MacBook Pro, so no hardware limitations
My LG tv is only airplaying the audio, and then cuts out. I used to be able to screen mirror form my Macbook easily, and all of the sudden I cant anymore. Did LG stop allowing airplay or something recently?? Very frustrating. I can cast Netflix and RUclips, etc, but I can no longer screen mirror from either my phone or macbook.

2:28 I don't see the TV name when I click on Mirroring. Why didn't you cover what to do when this happens? Not everyone's appliances work the same as yours.

It doesn't cast everything. Can't tell if it's because of something I have done or didn't do. Might be the source. Most unfortunate.
