About weapon accuracy issue you've mentioned in this video, i think its not an accuracy problem, but hitting targets...
Even if you shooting someone with a gun at very close range, sometimes the target dont take damage, and the only solution is to change weapon.
That pissed me off as well, especially while do some gang wars.

try using framelimited not ingame the file that lets you set to 60 and has less problems then you have hunders of fps
i get that annoying accuracy hitbox bullshit too and about the assets you missed in the previous video there one extra atleast that dont show up

I'm having an issue with it atm, basically if I update the game it will get rid of my savegame which I have already done, will try and get something up and running with the series in the near future

The author gave me a copy of snapshot 3 and I haven't got them little white islands near vice city but I do have Carcer city near Liberty city though

when i try to load my save comeback as i had started a new game. Why?
No, man... I just start a new game and pass some time playing. So i save the game and quit. But after i had launched the GTA and tried to load my game, the game just come back to the beginning.
why i came back here remembering this mod is a bad thing cuz i want to play so bad and get final release >.................

but i can t find it on the site too, on you r tutorial it was the SnapShot and 1 more think , i can t find it ;(

Snapshot 2.2 is the latest version that is publicly released, there aren't any additional patches out yet

this mod is lame it sucks 0/10
its a fantastic mod, I think anyone who says its rubbish is just don't fully understand what an acheivment it is but it has absolutely no replay value all you can really do is takeover territories and that's it maybe buy some property I said it when you first removed the storyline people would want it and I was right it's the only thing that would keep people really coming back and would increase fans 10x but unfortunately and this can't be denied you're too lazy to fix the crashes and so this mod will never have an replay value, it will always be to me and many people, would could have been. -_-

I think it is since storyline has been removed and the author told me it won't be returning because he couldn't fix the crashes I assume.
