"Path of most resistance". I like it. Add in "Plan A never had a chance"
I like that!
@@BealyGood Can;t wait to see the pool with the forms off. As for Plan A, it's always something you need to factor into any project. I'll be "in the dark" on Monday, Totality comes right over DCnH Estates in the cold wet climate of Western NY. Gonna be cloudy.
Plan A never had a chance by itself would be goo too.
Bealy and all involved I have one thing to say: EXCELLENT!!!!! Everybody working together and in harmony. At least you had some pretty weather and it wasn't a mud pit. Again: Excellent Job. May the Lord keep watching over You All.
Let's dig18 and you are a great team
AAA all the way !!!
@Geoff When your pouring a wall that will be stacked higher after a partial pour before the pour put a strip duck tape on top the inter-locking part the foam It will save you the time of cleaning the locking part like 1 minute vs. 5-15 minutes spent cleaning the lock joints ! That is how @Dirt Perfect done it on all his icf builds !
Good advice. I talked about that in the video, but I think I had to cut it because you couldn’t hear me talking because both of us were miked up. The wall isn’t getting stacked higher on top of the nubs.
I heard someone say he had a blowout and I had a heart attack !!! What a stressful time , keep your fingers crossed and say your prayers. Good job !
Looks like those guys are doing they rebar buggy in the pool lol. This has been fun to watch. I've never seen a house or pool built this way. Very nice job everybody. Loved seeing dog dog at the end. Have a Bealy Good Day.
Always good to see Dog Dog. She looks she’s excited about the progress.
I'm surprised she didn't ask where the water was for a swim.
Nice Geoff!
Could feel your relief of the pour being pulled off without many issues.
And a very big shout out to dog dog for paying for the concrete 🙂
Looking very nice
This is some undertaking. I have anxiety just watching this. I’m sure it will turn out perfect
Great video. Ending it with a smiling DOG DOG was perfect
Another hard day of work. Everything coming together. Looking forward to the forms coming down. Thanks to all your teams and yourself. Great Job.
Geez I've missed a lot being in the hospital for over a week or so... quite a bit done!! It looks really good, can't wait to see it fully dry and de-walled...great job evwryone.
Mr Bealy Good - Sir…. without sounding condescending Well Done! That looked really tough and ultra stressful but with an excellent team working with you and for you it looks like all went well. Take care and stay safe
Really like that T shirt. Glad to see Dog Dog made an appearance. Wasn't sure how the job got done right without Dog Dog on the Job. (Another T shirt idea).
Saw this vid pop up and felt like a kid at Christmas.
Well worth the wait Geoff, that was a hard days work well done to one and all. dave
Epic, well done everybody. Onwards and upwards Geoff😁
I’m glad it went well, clearly that was a lot of work to prepare for the pour. 👍👍
THANK GOD ...CHRIS IS THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We’re ready to see the pour from the Man himself !! 👍👍👍
A very impressive RUclips video to watch, it all came together after an all hands effort!
Hello Geoff, you must have a strong heart! No accidents and no wall blowouts and at the end of the day, success!
Been cool, Geoff, no, experience with this at all!! Your going to have an awesome pool!!! To go with this awesome property!! Thanks for bringing us on this journey!!!!!!
Very interesting, cement pumper looks like a scorpion from the drone shot and huge. You have a talent of organizing, job well done as project manager!! Between you, Letsdig18, Mrdigg and Dirt perfect, when I'm out and about, I think that's a lowboy etc. Thank you, Be healthy, happy and safe.
The problem with vinyl liner pools is the liners have a limited life. In the heat of central California, we had to replace ours every five years and we maintained our pool year round. Mostly due to the intense sun and dry conditions.
Damn Geoff, the ancient Egyptians and their Pyramids ain't got nothing on you. What a huge project you have undertaken. I thought the pond was huge, but that pool and the house have overtake even that! Maybe a tad short of the 7 Wonders of the World, but impressive as hell! Can't wait until the house concrete goes in! Well done Sir, RESPECT, you and the crew have earned it!!!
Big check mark here on this pour!! It’s coming out of the ground!! Enjoyed!!
Man glad you ain’t turn into a gray haired man but it’s a huge compliment to your property and the house you are going to build will be one of the beautiful places in state I’m pretty sure of it cause this one is for your family 👍😎🇺🇸 NY
It's Showtime !!
Once the concrete starts flowing, there's no turning back. Impressive job. Well done Geoff. Props to the guy at 20:00 walking along the top of the wall with slippery wet concrete everywhere. He's def not afraid of heights.
Great video - Bet you and the family are so excited! I’m really happy for you getting past this big milestone! So much work and prep is paying off.
Thanks so much!!
That's that bit basically done bro now roll on to the next bit of the puzzle. Safe travels. Ken.
Magnificently done Mr Jeff and CREW !!!
Possibly the most elaborate house ever seen. The more you stack. The more I'm amazed. Glad you got the pool pour done. Probably got to sleep after the big pour.
Wow! What a great job everyone did. Nothing better than watching a good crew working together and getting the job done. Looking forward to seeing what it looks like after the forms are stripped off. Thanks for sharing your build with all us arm chair builders. Cheers
Let the concrete flow! Great job!!
👋👋 Nice!! Glad it all went well!!
Very good job! Cement forms are aways scary but those take a lot of the worry out of it.
All went well because everyone worked together as a team. Preparation was spot on. The process has many elements and makes for interesting viewing. Must be a relief to get to this point Bealy Good.
Just goes to show you what a dedicated, talented group of people can do together when faced with a difficult task ! Well done team Bealy-Good !!! A great example to set and a great project underway...
@BealyGood you should build a shed to keep Chris's equipment in since he keeps a lot of his stuff there for your projects.
Finally “The Pour”!
It looks great, can’t wait for the home pour.
Thanks
I am tired just from watching this! Incredible job by your crew and yourself! Thank you again for all of your work and time you put into bringing us along.
Moving on with part of the pool pour and moving on to the upper half of the pool pour?? then start on the house?? Great having a crew that knows what they are doing is such a blessing and great help to you Geoff. Awesome to have Chris as a Neighbor, wish he was mine here in Upper Northeast Illinois.
That went smooth
Woohoo let gooooo!! 😅😊
Couldn't miss👍
Cool
Cool man!

Awesome guys!
I agree 100% all the crew's were working together and getting it done. No standing around and no that's not my job. Everyone did a EXCELLENT JOB Geoff could not of had a better crew and the job looks beautiful 👍👍👍 too all involved
Get it on Geoff
Phew Geoff. That was a lot of concrete for your Ceement Scuba Diving Pool. Glad to see there were no blowouts and you had plenty of good help. Progress, gotta love it.

very nice
thanks for sharing Geoff, really enjoyable and can't wait to see the rest of the pool and building get done..
Pretty cool G.B.
Cool videos
Great job. 👍 I think 😊😊😊.
I fully understand why you want the house built with ICF and concrete. Our house was dead center of Hurricane Andrew and is of concrete block and poured concrete construction. It also is a two story house so it had an extra wind load on it. But it was built by a contractor who kept adding things to it to make it stronger than required by the then current code. About the only change that would have been made was to also use a poured concrete roof instead of trusses. But we only lost some shingles and tar paper even with that. Windows were what took the brunt of it. Now we have shutters that are high rise rated and storm panels to protect the openings. One of the garage doors is still an original from when the house was built in 1978. And they were on the side that took a direct tornado hit.
Our house in Ohio is stick built with a concrete block basement. It is intended to have a concrete storm shelter added because even though the chance of a tornado in our area is rare, doesn't mean that one can't happen.
Interesting
WOW, what an amazing job and video! NICE job. What a hectic schedule you have created. CONGRATS!
Great video! Dog Dog should be the first one in the pool when it’s all done.
Well, finally!
Even Chris showed….
That was satisfying .. thank you Geoff
Congrats Geoff (and all the guys). Concrete day is always stressful and of course you just had to dial the complexity up to 11 didn't you?😀
Looking good 😊💯 !! Mr. Good
Thanks 👍
Concrete is one thing I'm quite happy to be on the sidelines for. lol Awesome pour and great teamwork! Thanks for the video!

So many moving parts all working together …it was good video too!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome work and everyone done a great job!
Thank you!
@@BealyGood You are very welcome!
I can see in your footage what was not visible in Chris's, that the side of the steps are open through. That makes sense. He missed the early pour.
I can sleep so much better now I don't have to worry about something being wrong on RUclips. 😅
Watched the SF hospital build a couple of years back. Lots of pumping. You guys look just as pro.
That looks great. Keep it up, go for it. Put the concrete into the walls
