Following several different artists on youtube is honestly such a trip because there's Chris Hong Art who does like pages and pages of prep work for pieces and then there's you who's like "I don't like sketching, here's this one tiny thumbnail to finished piece" and I love it so much, it's very amusing.

I loved how you painted that painting, for the packaging, but I think you exedited in the sense of inspiration, inspiration is if you took something of reference from that image, I think in this case it is a simple copy. Every day we artists try to prevent that from happening because the first person came up with that photo and idea, especially if you are going to take advantage of that author.
hmm i kind of felt a bit weird about that too, but ultimately shes not selling it as a print or making money off of it so perhaps its not as bad. though it does feel like copying another piece of art and that is still a bummer.
