Everything has eye appeal but why on earth would you use "processed cheese food", which really isn't cheese at all, to make those appetizers. I do love the cucumber ribbons. And love the background music with the birds singing. Very soothing!

All are beautiful. The problem is that the processed cheese is a joke in america. Not reall cheese at all. Why not use sliced quality cheese instead like havarti or swiss or perhaps pepper jack.(pepper jack is not much better than the processed cheese but it has a bit of interest)
